Red Fox by Lemon Tree Hotels, Tiruchirappalli Trichy

Good budget hotel, worth the money. In the centre of town.

The hotel is very near to the bus stand so it was quite noisy throughout the night. I was utterly dissatified with the service during breakfast time. There was no coffee ready when we first went down. After it came, one of the hotel staff came n helped himself to it without giving way to guests first. When we asked for dosa which was a live station item, another staff simply said that dosa was not ready.

Cleanliness is at the best. No issue during stay, service I will give 5/5. Very cooperative staff and helpful. I would like to suggest to stay in hotel whenever anyone need to enjoy. My booking was included with breakfast. Food taste was delicious and buffet system is amazing.

The stay was very pleasant. Housekeeping was well-maintained, and special mention to Bala from the housekeeping staff – extremely efficient and courteous. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

My stay at Red Fox Hotel, Trichy was such a blessing. In a city where it felt extremely challenging to find a clean space to eat or rest, this place was truly a haven. We booked Red Fox at the last minute after we faced a terrible experience at another property and had to check out immediately. The reception staff at Red Fox were kind enough to accommodate our last minute early check-in request when we explained that we’re stranded in the city, and they did it promptly. The check-in was smooth, the room was welcoming, neat and cosy, with a fruit basket awaiting us when we entered. The bed was comfy and we had the much needed sound sleep in it. It’s big enough for 3 people to sleep comfortably. There was a nice living space where we could eat our meals. The restroom was sparkly clean, and provided with all the amenities we needed. Their housekeeping staff Nadiya, who sweetly greeted us and enquired about our comfort every time she saw us in the corridor, needs a special mention here. Her dedication and warmth took our experience up a notch. The in-room food service was prompt and the food was brought in hot and it was yummy. Housekeeping was also prompt in their service whenever we asked for anything. At night they brought an extra bed for us upon request and to our surprise they brought in a cot as well! This is the first time I saw that in any hotel, they usually bring just a bed. We were sad that our sister will have to sleep on the floor, but thanks to the impeccable service at Red Fox, we were spared that discomfort. The complimentary breakfast spread was more than we could ask for. The food was as good as what we got in the in-room service. There was enough variety and the taste was great! Yugeshwari and her male colleague at the reception were always warm and welcoming, helping us with any query with a smile. Over all, we are very happy with our stay. It truly lives up to the 3 star standard and even better! We’ll surely be staying here anytime we visit Trichy. We hope Red Fox remains consistent in the excellent service that makes their place worth the money we pay. If so, they’ve made a loyal customer in us.
