Stay was very comfortable, staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great, lunch wasn’t too good.

The rooms were average for the pricing. Tv were in bad condition and even the landlines weren’t working properly. Reception staffs were very rude and not at all friendly. Restaurant food was decent.

Rooms were clean and neat. Service was good. Restarent service was slow. Kindly improve the service. Breakfast was good. Overall nice to stay with family.

Prime location, we went there on a busy day. Rooms are stinking on the top (4th) floor. No towels, toiletries were there. Requested them to provide all and got the same after several request. For extra bed they collected money in cash for which they had not provided any receipts. Not much to say

Avoid this hotel. Extremely bad, unclean rooms and poor service and breakfast. Not at all worth for the cost paid. Booked 2 rooms in Aug 2024 and stayed with family, the rooms are very old, outdated, dirty and smelling. They claim they are renovating the hotel but the conditions are worst. Avoid this hotel.

Stay was ok but not worth paying hefty it's a normal stay. Food is not available after 10 pm just dosa they serve.
