Above Tignes Le Lac 300 m from the centre of Tignes, 31 km from the centre of Bourg St. Maurice, in a sunny position on a slope, 750 m from the lake, directly by the skiing area. For shared use: swimming pool heated (depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec., extra). In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, sauna, steam room, hot tub (all extra), billiard table, sun terrace, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Storeroom available. Communal covered parking (extra). Shop, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Bourg Saint Maurice" 33 km, lake Lac de Tignes 750 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, tennis 1 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 250 m, slopes 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes – Val d'Isère (Espace Killy).
