Nice room with modern decor, great price. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Tianshui downtown, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and night markets. A nice 15 mins walk or $5RMB cab ride to 天水古城（Tianshui Ancient City) and Fuxi Temple.
We were on the 12 floor where the laundry room and restaurant is, it was convenient for our stay. However, if I had the option, I would ask for 9-11th floor because the 13th floor is a restaurant. It can get noisy sometimes with chairs and table moving around. There were minor issues with water leaking from the shower door, but the staff addressed it immediately and was very friendly about it.
Overall, I’d recommend the hotel.

酒店環境非常好，乾淨整潔，工作人員也很熱情，有訴求總能快速響應。房間裏很智能，有小度，可以語音控制房間裏的設施，非常方便。早餐味道很不錯，還有天水的特色，這次住得很開心，手動點贊！

作為攜程鑽石會員，這次入住天水古城旁的柏霖艾菲酒店完全超出預期！從前台熱情接待到客房升級，服務細節滿分——得知會員身份後，不僅贈送了精緻的敦煌文創禮盒，還貼心給了一盒漱口水，個一盒蒸汽眼罩，儀式感拉滿！
最驚喜的是酒店早餐，堪稱“碳水天堂”：現煮的天水麻辣燙湯底香辣濃郁，酸辣粉酸爽開胃，涼皮筋道彈牙，地道風味秒殺街邊老店！中西式餐點也搭配豐富，水果新鮮清甜，連吃三天不重樣。
酒店步行至古城僅10分鐘，逛完景點回來還能享受管家式服務，體驗感完全不輸五星！強烈推薦給計劃來天水旅行的朋友，絕對物超所值～

前段時間去天水出差，入住了天水柏林艾菲酒店，體驗超棒！必須給大家安利一下。
一到酒店，前台工作人員熱情的態度就讓我好感倍增，辦理入住迅速又高效，還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項服務。
酒店有停車位，不過出行高峯車位緊俏，提前打電話預訂更穩妥。
酒店位置堪稱絕佳，就在天水市政府對面，周邊商場、餐廳一應俱全，不管是覓食還是購物都很方便。這次的入住體驗無可挑剔，下次來天水，肯定還選這兒！

設施：房間設有加濕器，讓這次天水之行不乾燥，待在房間舒服的不想離開。但是智能馬桶不知道是怎麼設計的，一坐下就沖水稍微起來在坐下又沖
環境：設計衞生間和浴室不知道怎麼想的，衞生間比浴室低一些，一洗澡水就會流到衞生間，不墊個毛巾很容易滑倒。
服務：會體貼的給你送東西，但是新設計的系統連房卡都弄不好。

酒店位置真的很好天水旅遊的核心區域，網紅麻辣燙、天水古城、伏羲廟、玉泉觀基本都可以步行到達，腳力稍差的打車5塊錢都可以輕鬆搞定，如果是自駕遊一定提前打電話嘗試讓前台預留車位。酒店地下停車場不是很大先來先得。酒店前台的服務人員真的很好，待人接物很標準，除了培訓到位，還有更多的善意。房間與網上展示一致，就是窗户隔音稍微差一點，不知道是當地習俗還是其他,大年初七早一點多街道鑼鼓喧天，真的影響休息啊。早餐廳面積不是很大，餐食種類常規，唯一驚喜有當地特色牛肉麪。

地理位置優越！房間佈局不錯！就是沒有新風系統，客房空氣有點小問題，不過指出後，及時做了處理。總體感覺服務很好！前台服務員熱情周到，值得推薦！

啊哈，天水的最中心，樓下就是有名的步行街，夜生活豐富，樓下就是牛達滋牛肉麪，還有好幾個清真餐廳，很方便。房間乾淨整潔，還很寬敞，不輸某達酒店，加上地域因素，完勝！有免費的地下停車場。

進入酒店，新潮明亮整體風格給人耳目一新的感覺；房間典雅寬敞清潔、大窗外面開闊景美，設施完備、品質優良，智能控制、便捷好用，床墊被褥及環境，讓人睡着舒適安穩；酒店的服務規範到位、熱情周到，前台，禮貌待客、有求必應，給人留下了深刻印象。
酒店位置絕佳，伏羲廟、博物館、天水古城、胡氏名宅等景點步行可達，周邊餐飲小吃眾多，不遠處就是網紅麻辣燙。
