房間很好，房東姐也是有問必答，還給了很多建議。尤其帶孩子很方便，地下室遊戲機，樓上滑梯、玩具等還有個大院子。尤其停車方便，這個必須説下。周邊吃飯、買東西、超市、還有一個大商場，都是很便利的。我們走後，忘帶數據線，房東姐姐還幫我郵寄到家，非常感謝🙏下次有機會一定會在選擇。

老闆很熱情，諮詢有問必答。
位置在小區中部，很好找，門前能停兩輛車。小區周邊商業設施齊全，購物方便。
房間陳設與照片一致，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，特別是地下娛樂室麻將機，跑步機，遊戲機一應俱全。帶孩子入住很好，唯一可能不太方便的是對於長者上下樓梯可能較費勁。
每個房間都有單獨的衞生間，洗漱用品也都很全。
總體很滿意👍

老闆很熱情，提前好幾天就及時溝通我們去海博館，行李沒有地方放，還熱心幫我們寄存行李，有問題的時候回覆也超級及時，房間足夠滿足四個家居住，户外的娛樂設施也齊全，親子游的必選民宿

別墅離着南堤公園挺近的，周邊很方便，買東西什麼的很便利，房主人很好，朋友拉下一件衣服還提醒我們免費給我們寄過來，別墅裏玩具很多，孩子們玩得很開心😃
