We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is relatively close to the main attractions and metro station, the hotel staff speaks English, found no smoking anywhere posters in the room yet i booked one thst supports smoking, maybe it had been misplaced. The room is equipped with all the implements. If you don't like the smell of lavender this hotel is not for you, all the hotel and even the shower gel is lavender scented. One thing I have to point out is that on the second day they didn't change the bed sheets, they only made the beds.

Regarding the no-smoking sign, for non-smoking rooms, there are indeed signs prohibiting smoking. However, the room you chose allows smoking, so there is no such sign. As for the bedding issue, the hotel follows a standard process of changing bedding every three days. If you prefer to have it changed daily, please contact the hotel, and we will arrange for the staff to change it for you accordingly. We apologize again for the unpleasant experience. Front desk was quite friendly, hotel location was not bad walkable distance from multiple busstops and subway. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a comfortable stay!

The front desk staff greeted me with a cheeriness that could rival a cup of strong English tea. The check-in was smooth. Very convenient location. My room was spotlessly clean. The loo was spick-and-span, boasting modern gizmos. Comfort in the room was top-notch, with ample amenities. In the hallways, not a speck of dust dared to settle – a testament to their cleaning wizardry. The staff’s eagerness to assist, in crisp English no less, was like having a butler. This hotel is the bee’s knees, blending spiffing cleanliness, nifty amenities, and very helpful staff. I tip my hat to this establishment and heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a jolly good time in Tianjin.

門口修路，要求退房，太晚了不讓退房，説前台提前打電話問了什麼時候過來，打電話怎麼不説門口修路，吵的睡不着 停車場在200米開外，走路來回，還有個大坡爬上來 停車場開車出來繞了一大圈才到酒店接到人 整個門外全圍了施工網 差評，超級差評，這個麗楓讓人失望了

Svar fra overnatningssted: 尊敬的客人：您好！非常感謝您選擇入住我們麗楓酒店，並對您的入住體驗深感抱歉。未能為您提供舒適的休息環境，我們深表歉意。 關於您反饋的問題，我們高度重視並已緊急核查： 1. 關於馬路施工問題：門口道路維修屬市政工程，因為天津市2025年召開大型會議，現在天津市基本上都是在夜間施工，酒店衹能積極配合。 2. 退房政策：您是在網站是預訂的房間，您預訂完成之後酒店第一時間聯繫了您，給您確定是否開車，然後告知了您酒店的準確位置，而您因為自己的操作失誤導致走錯了酒店，走到了距離本酒店3公里左右的另外一家，並且當時您的訂單取消時間已過，按照攜程取消規則，酒店是需要扣除您首晚房費的。 3. 停車場不便：酒店在網站有標註的，本酒店的停車場是位於酒店附近停車場，並不是酒店內部停車場。 您的反饋是我們改進的動力，我們將全力為您妥善處理。期待有機會彌補您的遺憾，祝您生活愉快！
