It is good location which close to Airport.

The hotel is located close to the Tianjin Airport. Our room’s AC wasn’t working and we could not change the room as the front desk person was not able to understand English. When we informed the front desk about the problem with the AC, we were given a Fan. We wish we could get refund for the room. Also there were few mosquitoes in the room.

Check in is fast and the lady at the reception is good when we request for extra bed as no one wanted to sleep alone. Just added RMB 100 including buffet breakfast. For the price, the buffet breakfast is good enough. Airport shuttle was promptly arranged for the morning flight. Definitely will go back there again for such good service, location near to airport and reasonable room rate.

I arrived later in the evening, and was helped to check in (Tanslator on the phone) staff seemed friendly enough, organised an early morning call for me and the shuttle to the airport, so I didn't see the breakfast area as it wasn't yet open. I would choose this hotel again if needed

Decent place that is great for what it is. An airport hotel, quiet, regular shuttle buses to airport, adequate breakfast and competent staff. fast check-in/out. Would stay here again.

The hotel is neat and aimple. But receptjon Amy helps me to arrange shuttle bus service 5am giving her 5 stars for busy biz travellers. Great service make it difference 👏 👍

I spent one night at this hotel to catch flight next morning, hotel staff were not very friendly, the room's door was hard to open with the key, tapped many times there was no reaction, think the key is not properly connected to the door. The service and facilities need to improve.

breakfast was terrible. coffee machine not working. cleaning personnel slowly. refill of milk not done. no other drinks except hot water. bed and room dirty and dusty.

I would like to mention the receptionist 王亚南 who help us ordered some food during our 1 night stay as we arrived quite late at around 10pm. We do not have the ** app as we are not local. If not for her, we will go hungry the whole night. Thank you very much. 👍👍👍

Overall just ok

It was pleasant experience and good service offered by them.

It was convenient and a bit tired. The breakfast was pretty decent.

The stay was fine, as it was convenient from travelling to the airport. The rooms where a little smelly, but for the price, it was reasonable.
