I loved it. Very clean and tidy. Excellent service. The ladies are so kind and respectful. Breakfast is really tasty and varied. The location is also quite convenient. Perfect. Then even gave us a souvenir! I will come next time too if I have the chance.

Stayed here in 2018 - and most recently December 2024. Property is located near the Tianjin Station, so it’s very accessible to transportation. Tip: you can take the Metro direct from the Airport to the Train Station and it was only 3RMB/Yuan one way.  I had no issues looking for convenience stores and restaurants. There is a small mall about 750 meters away with all the necessities.  Staff were super helpful, although the room looked dated - but it had clean sheets, a solid mattress and pillows with strong hot water shower.  Was there for 3 days - everything was just nice, internet was sufficient for basic surfing, etc but at the price I paid - I can only compliment. Will be my go-to hotel when visiting Tianjin.

Room size too small for two persons. Breakfast menu needs improvement. Staffs are excellent. Specially Ms. Shan is very impressive and enthusiastic to help and communicate.

房間是通過攜程訂的，雖然小，朝向很好，窗外新建的樓，花園綠地。目前酒店門前在修路，衹差鋪瀝青。這是第二次入住。從天津站坐地鐵（酒店附近走10分鐘），3號線轉11號線，到文化中心，去天津自然博物館，天津博物館，美術館。

酒店服務非常貼心，10號下午13左右辦理入前台美女非常貼心，知道我從南方過來怕冷，特給我一張取電卡空調取暖有求必應，謝謝你前台美女，設計用心房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服，隔音很好，衞生無可挑剔真的很乾凈，點贊！下次出差繼續入住。

離天津站8號出口近，整體不錯，單人入住寬敞，洗衣烘乾各一台在7樓，其中一次上7樓電梯門好像有點問題，後來就正常了。 淡季入住有空房可提早入住。

位於天津站地面步行3分鐘範圍內的地方，非常方便，難得酒店大堂就是一個咖啡餐吧，設施設備齊全，房間條件好，住得很舒適。我們入住的兩天恰逢是這個冬天最冷的幾天，酒店還給我們贈送了暖手寶，太貼心啦～～

房間還可以，離高鐵很近基本上麻雀雖小五臟俱全的感覺吧，這次天津出遊也是很開心了看到老大爺跳水等隱藏活動很喜歡天津

很一般，辦理入住很慢，房間一般。服務態度一般。説是在火車站附近比較嚴格，可並未覺得其他方面嚴格。電梯不用刷卡就可以上，設施配套一般。

感覺很乾凈，服務人員的態度很好，很熱情，點外賣有送餐機器人，點個贊！不錯不錯！下次去天津還會訂這家店！

極不推薦，預訂的雙人床，洗手間就是一個隔間，這也正常，但是隔音很差，不僅僅是衞生間，半夜都能聽見隔壁椅子哐哐響。最值得吐槽的就是懸掛式馬桶，坐上去吱吱呀呀響，倆人都不敢坐實了上廁所，生怕一下掉了弄傷自己。床墊兩層之間翻身也吱吱呀呀響，真的極不推薦

宜必思火車站酒店地理位置非常方便，離地鐵.天津火車站很近，酒店的服務非常好，房間大，房間設計很有特色，住得很舒服，床單衞生乾淨，房間衞生環境不錯，洗手間也非常大，早餐品種多非常豐富，也很好吃，酒店大堂很有文化氣氛，下次還會選擇宜必思酒店。

酒店非常不錯，就在天津站8號口出來步行幾分鐘的地方，去坐地鐵，坐高鐵都非常方便。到店裡之後詢問了工作人員出行遊玩的推薦，小姐姐們熱情推薦，幫我們規劃得非常好，還有自己製作的手繪地圖，非常好看。退房之後，姐姐們還送了我們小風扇，非常可愛，好評！！！！
