This was once a beautiful hotel, which is easy to see; but unfortunately, in my opinion, its glory has somewhat faded. Although the hotel's service is still 5-star, a modernization and renovation of the facilities would not be an unnecessary luxury.

The service level was excellent for my first visit to this hotel. I wish to highlight the great support of Guest Service Manager Ms Sally GE who has excellent English skills and was very willing to assist me and the other marathon runners, a real professional !

A great hotel, staff was lovely and very helpful and welcoming, they were eager to help and support. Specifically Ms Sally Ge, the guest service manager, she intervened to help us and provide the best service for me and my family. Location was great and hotel was very clean and comfortable.
