酒店房間都是新裝修的沒問題，一如既往的如家老會員了。就是窗外是化工廠有很大的煙筒，終歸算是入住瑕疵吧。wifi不行，沒信號。別的都ok

不知道現在是大黃領不行，還是就是天津服務業不行。昨天快五點了辦理入住。還沒有空房，幹什麼了啊？前台一個男孩，看着不像前台，因為看起來業務不熟練，更像業主方。但是態度很好，給我升了個級。然後進房間。如圖，那是啥啊，多久沒清理了？啊？下水道的水都往出蔓延。惡不噁心。還有那個地，那都不是一天兩天沒打掃，得很久形成那樣的。我叫了前台。前台應該是讓保安上來了，回覆我，啊剛開業，可能是人少。這不是理由。243。雙床房接近300。你再看看五大道，濱江道酒店多少錢。錢沒少付，不是來聽你説理由的。我要是投訴估計還得跟我磨嘴皮子，不想聽。

第一次入住如家4.0，這家店真的出乎意料，簡直是如家中的精品！房間超大，還有個很大的洗衣房和健身房，超級方便！酒店的員工都很熱情。早餐還有煎餅果子！下次來還會入住這裏！贊👍

在我最近的天津之行中，我選擇瞭如家neo酒店天津西青區中北汽車園店作為我的住宿地點，我必須説，這是我近期最滿意的住宿體驗之一。

從入住到離開，酒店所有工作人員都洋溢着燦爛的笑容，非常熱情有禮貌！進入到大堂，淡淡的獨特香味撲鼻，很有特點的一個藍色娃娃，特地問了前台接待人員，原來她是如家新推出的產品，叫RUMI，非常可愛的一個“藍胖子”。大堂非常敞亮，大氣，有個性又不張揚，房間寬敞明亮，敞亮的大床，讓人睡着很安心！物品佈局合理，房間設施齊全，讓人感覺像在家裡一樣舒適，住在這裏感受到每位工作人員對客人都很尊重和關懷，酒店停車很方便，車位眾多，走的時候和前台説下車牌號就好！總之這家酒店是一個讓人滿意的酒店，無論是服務還是設施，它完全符合我們的期待！還會再來！
