Premier Inn Thurso

Just want to say a big thank you especially to Zara and also Ross for an amazing service at the Premier inn Thurso. Zara was very Professional and Helpful and the food service was always on time from her. We would definitely come back again due to the service.

Very helpful & friendly staff. Room was clean. Delicious and plentiful breakfast - plenty choices for vegetarians. Room is wheelchair accessible however, toilet and bed are too low for someone who has mobility issues. Accessible shower and plenty handrails in bathroom. No twin accessible room which isn't acceptable unless you're travelling with a spouse/partner.

As usual staff all lovely and efficient. A new member of staff called Ross was a good addition to the team. Thurso Premier Inn is in a lovely quiet location. Always eat in restaurant and very good selection well cooked by Hannah and her staff. Great team.

We love staying in Premier Inn hotels when we travel around the UK, and this branch in Thurso exceeded our expectations. As expected, a comfy night's sleep, a great spread for breakfast...but in addition, a super spacious room (303) with walk-in shower and warm, friendly staff. Right next to Thurso rail station but also in easy walking distance of the main town. An excellent base for exploring this northerly tip of the Highlands.

Amazing stay!! Checking in was really easy, was made very welcome by the staff on reception. We had breakfast and dinner with the meal deal being excellent value. The staff is what makes this stay, special thank to the chefs Hannah, Kieron and David who cooked a fantastic meal and breakfast with providing additional items on request. Michael and Megan was especially helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Was up in Thurso with my mum who is no longer very mobile. I asked for a twin accessible room and the staff made sure everything was spot on when we arrived. Cannot thank the staff enough for everything during our stay. Spotlessly clean with everything that you need. Free parking, ample choice of food on offer, but what sets it apart is how helpful and accommodating the staff are! I didn’t get the ladies names, but the blond haired lady at breakfast and the lovely dark haired lady on reception made our stay top notch. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when back visiting family in the area. Thank you!!
