Stay in hotel was superb. Its a good option if we are looking for family stay. Reception staff was very courteous and helpfull. Room was decent enuf for that money. It was clean and well maintained. Food was good and not that much costly. It was overall nice experience.

I had a pleasant one day stay at the white palace hotel, thrissur. A very clean and hygienic place with efficient service and fairly good breakfast spread. I don't have the pictures as i had a busy business day.

The property is located at the heart of the city, at walking distance from most places. It's neat and clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and well behaved. We had a delay for check-out and the receptionist was very supportive. Overall, a good stay.

Rooms are new, clean and comfortable. Service is great. Restaurant is good. Have enough parking space. Perfect location. Just one thing. While booking, prices that comes with breakfast or dinner options only gives access to their buffet section, which is very poor. I would recommend to book without any food and go for alacarte in their restaurant.
