Veda5 Ayurveda Living Village

I’ve read the good reviews here and decided to try it out for a few days. But nothing I read about it prepared me to the true experience of this magical place. I did not expect it to be so perfect, beautiful and relaxing. The room was beautiful and comfortable, facing, and so close to the sea and the beautifully kept garden. My first thought was: I have to come back here! And after a few days I knew I’ll have to. The food is fantastic and freshly made with love from the produce in their own vegetable and herb garden. The doctors are very professional and knowledgable the treatments are first class. I only went for 4 days but I came out feeling so relaxed and healthy. Also helped by the daily yoga and meditation. But the most amazing thing about this place is the people. There is a joyful and happy atmosphere among all the stuff that you can’t fake. And it rubs on you. There is nothing I will change about my experience.

We really enjoyed staying in Veda5 resort in Kerala. 3 of us me and my daughters visited Veda during June 2025. Everybody in the staff from front desk / dining staff/ garden staff everyone are extremely friendly and they make you feel part of the family. Beach view and the sea breeze are really relaxing. We loved tasty food customized for our personal needs. One of my daughters is Vegan and they made sure to serve her vegan food. The treatments were very good. Doctors prescribe personalized treatments and massage therapists are skilled and friendly. We stayed for 7 days and both my daughters and I had a wonderful time. Although it was raining a lot, we enjoyed the swimming pool, games and treatments. Special mention for Dachu and Tindhu, they are extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had a variety of different food and we enjoyed walking on the beach. Their garden around the property is peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. There is a vegetable garden in addition to flower gardens and lilly pond. Overall it was a pleasant experience and hope to go back there again.

Beautiful quiet beach and palmtrees everywhere. Extremely lovely staff and amazing vibes. I did the rejuvination package with some ayurvedic herbs from the doctor and I felt so relaxed and peaceful. During monsoon is extra special if you like tropical rain. Delicious food and nice guests at the retreat too 😇

What made the biggest difference, though, were the people. The staff are absolute gems – warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. You can tell they love what they do, and it creates such a positive, peaceful vibe. I left feeling refreshed, balanced, and very grateful. If you’re looking for a relaxing, healing escape with authentic Ayurveda and a great team, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back!

Veda5 Kerala is the best beach ayurveda resort you will find .it’s not about professionalism it’s all about homely atmosphere all staffs are so friendly and at your service all the time . It’s the best place for solo travellers especially female travellers. Meditation near beach is the best feeling . The ayurveda massage is so relaxing especially with veg food marvolous 💯
