Only reception area is well maintained to attract customers otherwise I only have negative experience: photos attached. . 1. Rooms are small, not clean and there is dampness everywhere 2. Curtains are not cleaned for ages. 3. Television not working. 4. Phones/intercom not working. 5. I had called the owner on phone, he kept me waiting for 10 mins and didn't bother call back. 6. Nepali room attendants are not well trained to attend guests 7. Paid 1500 for non AC room which is expensive for this standard.

The hotel is located in a cluster of residential area with only one very narrow approach for in and out. Hotel is not maintained properly, bed sheets were not clean, bathroom taps were leaking etc. I would not suggest for any family.

Food was not at all available and amenities, services provided was horrible. Water, door. At, towel and security was not at all available inspite of repeated reminders. Moreover during our stay of two nights none of the complaints was attended. Behavior of hotel staff needs improvement.

Nr. Padmanabhan swami temple, hotel is in the main mkt, other than this nothing was up to the mark, bathroom roof was broken, hospitality was not that good, they couldn't even provide hot water, at the time of check out they denied for arranging any conveyance, one good thing i forgot my bag at the hotel, which they returned back

Ac water is leaking. From bathroom water is coming out to room while bath. Mattress provided for bathroom is wet as it is cotton cloth and water is leaking from bathroom during bath. Room is quite having some bad fragnance. Overall stay is average. If thr hotel can maintain good cleanliness i would recommend for stay as per my stay there are some lapses in maintaining room clean liness. I booked at 6pm on nova 1st and checked in at 6 30 pm. Hotel has assured you can keep you luggage in hotel if youvare visiting some places outside checkout which is good and provide taxi services for it which is good. Overall i checked in at 6pm 1st nova and checked out on 11 am nova 2nd. Place is 300mts from temple. 2100 + 420 gst for my short it is some what not worth for the cleanliness

The hotel looked secured from door side but the window did not have locks making it vulnerable for theft. Anybody could easily enter the room from window as i was in g5 ground floor

Not recommended,i have not received any refund even though I cancelled the room 3 days before the check-in. So I'm not recommending this hotel to anyone. Please bring some automatic mechanism to process the refund once the customer cancels the booking.
