Rooms are spacious than shown in the photos. Good supporting staffs. Near to Trivandrum central Railway station. Overall value for money.

a leaking toilet,room filled with mosquito . it was good service provided but we got the worst room of that building

The hotel is good according to the budget
we stayed with the family for 2 days just to stay only with a budget of 900 rs for non AC in the winter season. staff is friendly and near to bus stand, railways and padmanabh swamy temple.
overall hotel is good , service is good , staff is also good

Blankets are not provided. Restroom exhaust fan too noises, tv there is no channels remote is not working. Room curtains are dirty.

Saras park is a good budget hotel in tiruvanantpuram. We wanted a short stay enroute alleppey to bangalore and chosen this hotel. The location of this hotel is good, though it is little inside from the main road. The staff was very responsive and the facility is good value for money.

The hotel and its facilities were good. But there was a shortage of water supply. It will be good if they can keep their water tanks full everytime. It will avoid unnecessary trouble for their guests

jo itni kharab condition me hoti hain auro jinki foto kai seal puran lag i hui hoti hain. Hotel saras park k rooms itne gande auro badboodar hain ki hum ek minute bhi nahi ruke yaha. Mene unse bahas karke apna refund liya. Family k saath mujhe baht pareshani hui, turant hi mujhe dusra hotel lena pada.
