I came from France. Indimasi / Trivandrum is a magical place, nestled among tropical hills where nature itself seems to welcome us with its truest and warmest qualities: its full palette of greens, the sound of countless birds, and magnificent sunsets. We calm down, we slow down, inevitably. We find our own rhythm. We return to balance. From the second day onward, our faces continue to light up and open up. It's surprising. Guru-ji, Dr. Mubarak, and his entire team of doctors and caregivers: Dr. Sunita, Dr. Dilna, and Dr. Amita, are at your service and support you with kindness, simplicity, availability, and efficiency so that you can regain health and harmony in your body, your mind, and even your soul. You arrive crumpled and you leave in a state of flux. A big thank you also to Wineya, Deepa, Sajita and Bisnusha who mainly took care of me without forgetting Gowri who watches us from the corner of her smiling eye from the morning, very attentive to our well-being and the taking of our magic potions. I recommend this haven to anyone who wants or needs to feel better, to find themselves, to reconnect with themselves, regardless of their health difficulties, the amount of stored stress, the trauma they've experienced, or the junk food they consume. In addition to Ayurvedic treatment, Dr. Mubarak is qualified in additional human skills, including hypnosis. Many products are grown on-site, and the chefs prepare delicious meals up on your arrival. The rest of the team (housekeeping, 24/7 reception, gardeners) is just as attentive and caring to ensure your stay is perfect, relaxing, and safe. You can attend an Ayurveda discovery session, receive advice on meditation, and understand its benefits. The entire property is perfectly clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are pleasant, soundproofed, spacious, and air-conditioned. They are cleaned daily. Minimum 3 liters of drinking water are provided daily. Your days are structured around a 15-minute meditation session and a 30-minute yoga session, morning and evening; personalized treatments; and meals. You can also practice Kalari once or twice a day. The rest is free time, allowing you to continue rediscovering yourself. It was perfect. That's where I'd go back. Laurence
