就是很好，雖然酒店有點老，但優質的服務，熱情的小姐姐，還有酒店安排的歌舞表演都很好。還給配了當地的特色服裝參加活動，一整個感受到了不丹的熱情。

We had an incredible experience at Pemako. From the check in, their welcome drink, to being blessed by a monk in the hotel, to the room which was spacious and very well equipped, to the quality of food, and hospitality and care extended by each member of the staff (special mention to Ms Rewati who was extremely helpful and provided great suggestions throughout our stay), to the traditional send off when checking out, we’d 100% recommend Pemako to anyone who plans on visiting Bhutan. Thanks for a great experience, we will truly miss the place.

It’s a good hotel with good view and an amazing and helpful staff and good food but Needs a bit of touch up now. Can be more cleaner the rooms need a little renovation too. Otherwise rest was good. The staff is really friendly even with the small kid.

We just had the best stay ever! The food, rooms, and service were all absolutely top-notch. But what really made our experience stand out was the incredible staff, especially Ms. Padma from the front office. She went above and beyond to make sure our group of 14 had everything we needed, even setting up a special space for us to hang out together. She was always smiling and made sure everyone felt taken care of. Seriously impressive! Big props to the management for having such an amazing team member. We can't wait to come back !!

The hotel has lost its charm as it had under Taj group. Even small size LCD TV sets as installed by Taj have not yet been changed by the new management. The occupancy rate is very poor resulting into quality compromises especially on food items. I got unwell consuming their food or wine which might be the result of old stocks as occupancy is very very low. Only four rooms were occupied during our stay and that too when we occupied 3 rooms.

My stay in at the Pemako Thimphu was truly the best stay I had throughout my vacation in Bhutan. The hotel is equipped with all the facilities of any luxury hotel. I loved how the hotel utilised traditional design and materials in all the rooms, which gave the hotel the essence of its location. The hotel staff are the best asset of this establishment. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay and made sure we comfortable. I really appreciate Aman from the team as he took special care of us. Aman had informed us about the cultural events and activities at the hotel and took special care to make we could participate in them. My family and I enjoyed our traditional archery and darts session with Aman. It was a truly unforgettable experience. I would love to stay at the Pemako Thimphu every time I visit Bhutan and would also highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bhutan.

Wonderful experience in Thimphu. The beauty of the building, the kindness of the entire human team, the impeccable service (special mention for Hana, who was absolutely charming, efficient and friendly at all times), the meals, the activities, ... undoubtedly the best choice of hotel if you are in Thimphu. I recommend it 100%. Attention to all the details, very comfortable rooms,... everything is perfect!

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful hotel.eed to address to Miss Hana, excellent. Overall hotel environment is well maintained, love the wooden furniture, surroundings is convenient as it is right at the heart of Thimphu city. Local Bhutanese food is great too.

Absolutely beautiful. Walked into the room and was blown away. Traditional look, very spacious, comfortable bed. Loved the huge bath with separate shower. Restaurant is really good. The breakfast is a mix of buffet and al la carte. Eggs benedict was perfect. We also had a formal dinner which was also amazing. They have a traditional show some nights outside, that was a very nice touch. Location is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say at all.
