It is a pretty stay in central and west of Thessaloniki. Away from the noise and yet very conveniently located.
The double room with balcony and kitchen was very clean and pleasant but, the cooker didn't work and there was no kettle provided despite polite request.
Didn't like the fact that rooms were cleaned upon request especially if you are a 3 night 4 day guest.
Not much service or help until past lunch hour.

チェックイン対応時間が２４時までと記載ありますが、カウンターは21時までとのことです。
しっかり見逃してしまい、危うくチェックインできないところでした。（入室には暗証番号が必要）
親切なトルコ人の方にドアを開けてもらわなければ、宿に辿り着けなかったです。
チェックアウト時も結局カウンターに人はおらず対面で話すことはなかったです。
また、部屋の掃除は行き届いていないと感じました。床が埃が多い印象です。

Stayed at Urban Donkey between the 7th and 10th of November, was in Thessaloniki for the PAOK V Aberdeen match. Hotel is located around about a mile from where all the bars and restaurants start and was easy to find after getting dropped off at the sea front. Room was very big and had a TV (lots of European Channels), small fridge and plenty of coat hangers and space for storing your clothes. Double bed very comfy and I got a good nights sleep every night. Bathroom also very roomy and no issues using the shower. Lady at reception was very nice and polite, offered complimentary water which I accepted once and on other occasions when in reception she offered me a coffee or water. Free Wi-Fi worked fine when I was in my room.

Urban Donkey is a great option for your Thessaloniki stay. You are within walking distance to Aristotelous and all the major sites/museums, while staying in a surprisingly quiet area for Thessaloniki. The room was stylishly furnished in an industrial style with the mattress being extremely comfortable. The terrace is 10/10 and gives you a great perspective on Thessaloniki's urban core. The owners are very friendly and can provide you with awesome restaurant and bar tips. Strongly recommend staying here!

I recently stayed at Urban Donkey hotel in Thessaloniki and had a wonderful experience. Overall, my stay at Urban Donkey was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thessaloniki.

Good location. Very very clean. Natalia was very friendly. Peaceful and secure building. The garden is good even when it rains. Close to restaurants by walk. The parking is on the street but easy to find a free space nearby. Do not miss if you can find vacant rooms.

Urban Donkey is a well-located and comfortable hotel in the central area of the city within a walking distance to the waterfront, excellent restaurants and other amenities. The number of rooms creates a cosier feel to a stay. We spent four nights in the city which gave us just about enough time to explore the area. The staff and hotel owners are very polite and friendly. If in doubt about the best bar and restaurant and sightseeing venues, they will give helpful recommendations.
