Sunset Bed and Breakfast

We arrived late yesterday after an overly long drive and parked right outsidecthe door, we were greeted by our friendly hosts Glen and Debbie. We were shown to our room which was left at the top of the stairs and entered into a beautiful room, well decorated, very spacious, light and airy with beautiful views over the village to the very nearby coast. WiFi available, tea and coffee facilities, TV and onsuite bathroom. The sunset b&b is very clean and well kept Breakfast was orange juice, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, hot tea and coffee, toast and a cooked breakfast beautifully done and cooked by Glen. After we had settled our belongings and showered we headed out for the evening. Bed is really comfortable We will be leaving Monday morning well rested and relaxed and looked after and having enjoyed the local area dispite the winds and rain from storm Katrina So thank you Glen and Debbie Tip to guests wanting to stay in the area either prebook to eat out or make sure you are in any venue well before 8pm as the majority of bars stop serving food at 8pm and the popular Galleon pub kitchen closes for orders at 8.30pm and if you are not in the queue for food before then you won't get a meal other than takeaway from a couple of local places.

I booked the Sunset in error, but my error was the best I had made. Fabulous bedroom, extremely clean, with wonderful views over the Haven. Glen made a great cooked breakfast, cereals fresh fruit, and yogurts. I would thoroughly recommend this little gem, of a B & B. Thankyou Debbie and Glen.

We sayed here for three nights. The location was perfect, in a quiet area, with off-street parking, but only 5 minute walk from all the amenities and the beach. The room had a great sea view, was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities & water were topped up daily. Breakfast was very good, with a choice of cooked breakfast, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast Our hosts Glenn and Debbie were so welcoming, and nothing was any trouble, attention to detail was superb from the Covid security down to the chocolates on the pillow each day. Both very knowledgeable about the wider area and recommended places to eat/park/walk/visit. Very good value accommodation with lovely hosts, we would highly recommend staying here and look forward to going back again.

Polite welcome from Glenn who carried my wife's bag up and gave us info on local eateries etc. Room and en suite were very clean. Beautiful view of sea and sunset. Few minute's walk from beach which was practically deserted even at this time of the year. Parking on the road outside no problem. A very nice cooked breakfast with cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit etc. You have to remove shoes at front door but understandable with new cream carpets throughout. Highly recommended.

This place was amazing. Was very clean as soon as we walked into the property . Greeted by Glen our host who was lovely. He showed us to our room, spoke.to us about the area. The room was very nice. It was very clean. The bed was so comfy + the bedding smelt lovely. The bathroom was very clean. Shower was good. We had breakfast the next morning. Glen took our order + cooked it to perfection. Unfortunately we couldn't stay another night as he was fully booked. Would definitely stay again.

The Sunset was extremely clean in all aspects. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. We had a wonderful stay there and the sea view from the bedroom was amazing . Highly recommend this place to stay. We had parking off road which was very useful and from the outside it was very attractive to see . The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you .
