The hotel was alright but I think for the price, it should have provided more. The rooms are ok but not great. I might try another hotel the next round. The views are not bad if you stay on a high floor.

Good hotel but can improve on the minor details. Dustbin in the bathrooms needed to be opened with the hand. Unhygienic

Wow.... The Decor, Vibes & Ambience of this Place set the Tone for us for an Awesome Stay. We had booked a Premium Room which was Beautifully Designed with Pleasant & Welcoming Interiors! The Bed was Super Comfortable.... We had a Baby's Sleep! The Bathtub was Fab! The Food was Absolutely Delicious especially Buffet Breakfast which had a Great Spread. The Views from the Room & Rooftop are Absolutely Phenomenal especially at Night. My Mother also Received Wonderful Assistance throughout the Stay. We convey our Special Thanks to the following Team Members of Vivanta - Nupur (she assisted us with check in formalities, she has excellent guest service skills) Pooja (she took our IRD orders, recommended us best dishes & followed our food requests, she's extremely courteous & sweet) Sachin Gupta (he recommended us hotel activities & things to do) Lav (he helped with our baggage while check in & check out, also provided assistance to my mother) Sukhbir (he welcomed us during check in) Terrance (he did our check out formalities) Purva (she assisted during buffet breakfast for my mother) Bhoginder ji (very prompt room service) Chef Manish (he prepared the best pancake & waffle for us during breakfast) We Wish Team Vivanta All the Best for All Future Endeavors! Nice hotel in Navi Mumbai, easy to reach needwd location. Always prefer stay here when travelling to Mumbai. Property well kept, room is clean and AC working properly. Very welcoming staff from chevk in moment. Breakfast has enough choices, food is fresh and tasty. Staaf during breakfast taking good care about you, especially Purva and Chet Tyoti. thanks for your effort! Prices are reasonable

Vivanta Navi Mumbai ambience was very classy, Food quality was very good with lot of options in both veg and non-veg. Staff is very humble and service was very fast. Overall experience was fantastic and we are glad that we celebrate our anniversary lunch date here. Thanks.

Stay was extremely satisfied,I was upgraded to next level, room was very cool,clean and on higher floor,nice view, spread of the breakfast at restaurant Swirl was quite amazing,enough vegetarian items to eat with good taste my stay was very much satisfied and I am happy to choose Vivanta

The team is very friendly, and they try to do everything possible to make the experience memorable for guests. I loved everything from checkin/check out to restaurant staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Have stayed here multiple times and always get the smoothest experience.
