There were small cokcroaches at few places in the room. Few times electricity interuption in the morning.

Closed to the CBD belapur train station, a lot of restaurant in front of hotel. On the 4 floor of the building with elevator. Breakfast is OK.

One of the worst & shabby Hotel have ever seen in my life, the approach to rooms is like going into hell. The reception is like a grocery shop, waiter only find one in bathroom sleepers and unprofessional, AC in rooms is only 1 Ton and u won’t get a sleep properly, washrooms are like a railway stand and bus stand / like a public place toilet with no cleanliness. The snaps posted on the promotional sites are fake and you would be in trip if you booked. The approach to hotel is also like going in the slum instead of the Hotel entrance. Receptionist Male and females always find siting and working like a govt Rashaan shop. The rooms furniture is so shabby that you would think before sitting, you get lot of cockroaches in the room, snaps find below.

Room was not sanitised, cockroach’s and insects were crawling. Also dental kit is basic amenities you provide in hotel and they charge there customer for basic essentials

Hotel heritage dakshin at belapur is ideally located near belapur station. Hotel heritage dakshin is very good for stay, hospitality and staff behaviour is very good including help at reception counter. Room's are neat and clean. Food served during complementary break fast was tasty and healthy. Overall good n comfortable experience of staying at this hotel.

I am a frequent traveler. I have booked this hotel but worst hotel ever i have seen. No response in reception, reception staffs are irresponsible. After booking the room i waited 1 hour for room allotment. No proper room service, hotel management should take action immediately. Very worst experience.

Standard single rooms are not up to the marks, the pictures they have shared are totally different from the reality, rooms were smelling so much, dust not proper ac, installed was very old ac and no proper ambiance inside the rooms lock systems were not updated for the doors
etc. M. Sorry i didn't take any photos there were not that many good rooms to take photographs and all.
