The stay at The Monarch was very comfortable. Room was neat and clean and the staff was very cooperative and responsive. It's a strongly recommended budget stay option for anyone travelling to Navi Mumbai.

Didn’t like the service provided. There were towels missing, napkins missing, no proper ventilation.

Decent hotel, very close to rcp just a 5 min drive. They have a restaurant that serves good food, suitable for a business trip, staff is good. Best part is the location it’s very close to rcp so surely recommended for all r employees

The bell boy broke my suitcase handle, it was a branded tommy hilfiger suitcase. Disappointed that i had to bear such a huge loss

We had a one day stay at monarch. The rooms were clean and the service was quick. The staff were very polite. The food was good. Overall i enjoyed it.

Not worth for the money (10k per night) for executive room. They die not king size bed restaurant and staff is good

Room was bit compact than my expectation but overall neat and tidy, and staff was cooperative, courteous and attentive therefore stay was quite comfortable.
