Ibis Thane - An Accor Brand anmeldelser

I stayed at ibis thane for 2 nights. My stay was good at this property and service was also good. I feel the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard, very thin and we were able to have conversation to.our next room's colleague without even go to their room. But my major concern was breakfast. Their breakfast has very very less options, that too costs approx Rs.800. Price is not an issue but this price is not justified with what they provide in breakfast. I would suggest to go Barbeque Nation or Caravan Menu instead and spend 800 and there you will get hell lot of varieties as compared to IBIS thane.

Went to the spice it restaurant! Esha and Shridhar were great, they listened to our requests and the overall service was amazing. Food was also surprisingly fresh and hot for a buffet. Overall 5 out of 5 stars, ambience, service and food all were on point.

Food was excelent and great service everyday. Thanks Pratham :) the overall experience in the hotel was good. I stayed for a full week in business meetings and the meeting rooms had everything we needed. :) ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………

We went for Sunday buffet lunch. They have excellent menu and some live counters too. All food courses had multiple choices and delicious food. Ambince and decor is nice and pleasant. Staff is very courteous and professional. Isha helped us to make ourselves comfortable. This was our second time visiting and many more to come. They also have valet parking. So, best place to relax and enjoy family time with food. They also serve excellent cocktails...Thank you IBIS, Thane.

All staff was very professional, trained,supportive ,cooperative including security staff. Hotel provided training to them.They are very professional qs like normal staff . There behavior, services were too good .I had enjoyed a lot specially breakfast timing Thank u for ur service specially I thank to Hitesh he is really polite, caring care of each guest I have observed...Thank u for ur hospitality services

I stayed at Thane Ibis for a week on business. Good location for travelling to Mumbai as well. Close to Viviana shopping centre. Good in-house restaurant and excellent cleaning service. There is also little but useful gym. It is possible to take a walk outside the hotel.

Room was great hygiene and staff was great from each point of you reception was wonderful smile and great welcome Thank you specially Mr.Hitesh shetty Food was delicious by chef dipesh ,vipul,rajan. Mr. Hitesh serve a better during our 7 days of stay. Wanted to mention that breakfast quality was very nice. There is a small feedback.. the spoon size in restaurant if you can manage slight little size compare to what current have, that' it..rest everything good.

This is the second time I visit and stay at this hotel. The breakfast package for me was excellent since I like spices and fresh food. The coffee is great and this hotel is near multiple malls as well so you can get everything you need in this area. The service was great which Ive been help by Hitesh from service team under the cheff of Dipesh. Recommended for you who need to stay in Thane, Mumbai area.
