The management of this hotel needs to be improved a lot to be called 5 stars . Lack of training and kindness, can see most of employees are unhappy, simple requests are denied . Breakfast is limited and repeat every single day the same options. Around the breakfast area there is smell of sewerage . We asked for coconut water at pool bar , the Bartender just gave excuse saying sold out, it happened 4 days in a row and we knew there were coconut water in the main restaurants, they just lazy to pick it up. Front desk untrained and slowly . The room book at first day was a totally in disorder , bathroom clogged and shower head broken , this happened in low season, high season should be a big concern how things goes around . Although the bad remarks, the beach and kids area was great, also the monitors at kids playground . Swimming pool great too and beach restaurant nice food and drinks . The waitress not so friendly . The beach and sport activities are perfect . Take the local cars outside and reach nice beach in close distance as well, the locals at coconut beach is very friendly and welcoming, food is best !
