The Air conditioner was off upon entering the hot humid room. It was a 98 degree day. The Light above sink did not work. It was a very datuk spot in the room. Cannot see to put on makeup there. No towels, no soap. When I called about it they told me I would have to go down to the office, on the opposite side of the property, to get soap and towels. The WORST I've ever seen

Booked a room online for my wife who was traveling back home to San Antonio. She told me to book here because of the price. Big mistake!!! Room was disgusting. Floor was greasy feeling. Bed linen was dirty. Wife refused to disrobe and laid on a towel for the night. Paid $36 online and they demanded a $50 deposit. Then at checkout they only returned $30 saying that there were 2 people in the room. For $56 could have gone down the street to a quality motel.
