For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (not fenced), 2 swimming pools (depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. (4 steps). Public parking on the road. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "Moraira" 2.5 km, railway station "Teulada" 5.3 km, ferry "Denia" 28.2 km, sandy beach "Playa de la Ampolla" 2.7 km. The mattress on the double bed is not very comfortable. A well in the middle. Maybe in need of replacement. Mattresses on single beds are still in good condition
