Terrigal sails was excellent. Very happy with our unit, its cleanliness and location (2 minutes walk to beach)

The wifi was terrible, was just spinning most of the time.  Hopefully was just our room.!  Breakfast included - be careful what you think breakfast is!  small bag of cereal and a popper in your room.

Thankfully this isn't something we experience regularly. In regards to the breakfast provisions we provide, we have now removed this from our listing to avoid any confusion.

The location is very convenient and close to the main Terrigal beach. The room is good sized and come with what you expect for a serviced apartment.

My studio apartment was clean and cozy, with stylish furniture and a comfy bed (Landing promises a “luxurious sleep experience”). The small kitchenette was stocked well enough with cookware and utensils that I was able to make some of my meals at home rather than overspending on Terrigal’s amazing food scene—yes, it’s really as good as you’ve heard. Extra bonus was the free replenishments of breakfast cereal milk, coffee, tea and bottle water. Daily cleaning service and laundry was 2nd to none!

The beds were soft and didn’t give much support. The hotplate for cooking was rusty. The ‘kitchenette’ was so tiny and had little counter space. It was difficult to mix hot and cold water in the bathroom shower. The entire unit needed renovation.

Shower head needs maintenance will not stay in position & cockroaches in bathroom- maintenance is lacking - kitchen tap sink very loose and tv not tuned to stations properly either

We make sure all guests are aware that they can contact onsite management at any time by simply lifting the handset in their apartment or in reception. We feel all of the issues you have listed could have been rectified in a short period, making no disruption to your stay.
