Termez Palace (Termez Palace)

Don't know where to start. We walked in the door and said we had six rooms booked. The guy behind reception said "No five". I got my key and went to my room and found the toilet didn't flush and the bathroom smelled. I went back down to reception and asked for the room to be changed. The same guy behind said that it was not possible as there were no more single rooms and that I would have to wait for it to be cleaned again. I asked if he could put me in a double and he said no, that I would have pay more. I said that if that was the case I would find another hotel and he said "fine ok". While I was searching for another hotel he disappeared then came back and said, "yes the toilet is broken, our bad" we will put you in another room. Then said abruptly "come get your key". When I got to the new room I found the electric socket hanging off the wall (see photo). Also, the shower curtain was grubby and dirty around the bottom of the curtain. On checkout the guys at the reception were watching Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines video on a phone. No greeting or asking how my stay was, just said "who is paying"! Shame, because this hotel could be great! Just needs the right staff with the right professional work ethic. I hope the owner fires the guys on reception and get someone in who cares about customer service. This is the longest review I have written and I have stayed at a lot of hotels.

I never meet such unfriendly receptionists (all males). VIP Rooms are huge but dirty (very dirty, shame you) minibar is empty. Hotel ordinarg items were taken in a black plastic bag, No WC paper available till next morning. I had to pay extra for a cappuccino during the morning breakfast. Near the “bar” A/C engine continuosly drops water on the floor, who cares ? I wish you to shut down this disgusting exemple of unprofessionality.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix - staff à la réception désinvolte, narquois. Pas du tout d'accès à internet après avoir été changé plusieurs fois de chambre - propreté douteuse, moquettes tachées. Et pas de solution internet après plusieurs heures de promesses non tenues

Very good hotel in Termez Thanks самая удобная гостиница в городе, хороший персонал, хорошая уборка в комнате, всё на своем месте вид очень классный, завтрак хороший, красивый сад ландшафт фонтанчик все на своем месте прям по душе !!! Спасибо

hôtel tout neuf, "moderne" mais sans charme. Accueil sans chaleur, nous sommes dans le fonctionnariat "stalinien". même attitude de tout le personnel (bar et petit-déjeuner) Grande chambre. Literie (et oreillers) plutôt dure. Spa payant Jardin sans beaucoup de charme. En face de la mosquée principale et donc appels à la prière Petit déjeuner très moyen dans une salle très "triste" Éviter le restaurant sur la place. Personne ne parle anglais, menu à rallonge, mais la plus part des plats ne sont pas disponibles. Cadre de hall de gare stalinien

Ho pernottato due notti in questo hotel di recente costruzione e posizionato di fronte alla moschea. La mia camera "esecutiva" era di grandi dimensioni e dotata di un bellissimo bagno , ottima la qualità del sonno. Buona la colazione anche se migliorabile. Personale gentile.
