Los Pinos Resort & Spa Termal - All Inclusive

Fantastic holiday in a truly remarkable hotel. The facilities are excellent, the food is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. 100% recommended, excellent for families. My parent used to take us children to Los Pinos as a young family. This year we decided to come back to the hotel for a special celebration after 15+ years, and it was as good as ever, if not better than we remembered.

Excelent experience, perfect to make a Family trip. You have a lot of activities, for children for adults and for the entire family. The food, and the attention of the hotel is great, and the pool is always warm and ready for you to get inside at anytime.

The service was amazing at all áreas, specially at the Bar. Professionalism, care about elderly people!!! Funny environment

A great location for accessing all the highlights in the Santa Elena/Monteverde area. The lodges are excellent. Well furnished and comfortable. We saw plenty of animals and birds in the grounds and on the trails. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not offer any catering. The lodges have functional kitchens and fresh produce is available onsite - for free! There is a good breakfast place almost opposite the entrance, and two excellent restaurants (Thomas & Thiago and Don Luis) are 5 minutes walk away. We loved Los Pinos!

Es un 5 estrellas en todo sentido. Las piletas son increibles, siempre limpias y calentitas. Hay una pileta exclusiva para +18 años. Estan abiertas de 9 a 00 hs. Hay guardavidas constantemente. Las comidas son un 10. Siempre hay variedad, los almuerzos y cenas siempre diversos, con opciones veggie y sin gluten. Fresco y de calidad. Recomiendo la limonada! Las actividades para los chicos estan divididas por edades y son coordinadas por profes amables, respetuosos y divertidos. Mis hijas de 11 y 8 años disfrutaron muchísimo del Punto Teens. Hay cine con cartelera interesante y actualizada, 3 pelis diferentes por dia. Hay torneos de paddle, tenis, pingpong, burako, truco, etc. La animacion es constante y variada, clases de aquagym, zumba, spinning, yoga, streching. Caminatas y city tour hasta el autodromo. Las noches siempre tienen alguna actividad divertida. Nos hospedamos en el sector americano, las habitaciones muy cómodas, el servicio de limpieza pasa dos veces por día, luego del desayuno y luego de la siesta. El wifi funciona perfecto.

Inmejorable experiencia , gastronomía excelente instalaciones impecables, limpieza 10 de 10 , animación para todas las edades, pero lo que hace la diferencia es la gente que trabaja en cada uno de los sectores y se esmera para hacernos sentir como en casa( ojalá cada tanto sean felicitados) seguramente volveremos..
