This was the worst experience that I had stayed in a hotel. It was disgusting and a waste of money and the worst experience that I had stayed in a hotel. It was hot (the a/c didn’t work well), dirty floors, trash under beds, dirty bathroom, before getting to the room there was sharp things sticking out of the ground. The only thing nice of the place was the receptionist desk. They will not give a discount or refund because they don’t care that the room was not cleaned before putting me In the room. The receptionist will tell you one price when you call and when you show up tell you another one!!! I wouldn’t even give one star but I have to so I can post this review. Do not stay here!! If the owners of this hotel read this please message or call me before the customer care for your hotel are the worst!!! I work at the meta data center down the road and I was looking to stay close to my job and went to three different hotels before I got to this one the The hotel manager sam is awesome great customer service the room was very clean they have complimentary coffee in the room breakfast in the am I was very happy with my stay I came back the next day and stayed again if you're look for budget Friendly place to stay in Temple this is it

The staff are very friendly and have great hospitality. The rooms are very clean with new flooring! There is also a batting cage in the back that you can rent for very inexpensive rate per hour which is something I have personally never seen at a hotel! That’s pretty awesome! They also have a nice breakfast!

I just want to give a big shout out to the housekeepers. They are hard working and very dedicated to what they do. You can tell they put their effort. They make you feel welcomed. Good job to the managers that hired them. For anyone making a trip to Temple or for anyone who is searching for a more welcome stay this is the place..

I arrived to Temple late on Thursday, surprisingly most hotels were booked, so I called around, I booked ABV without looking it up. (Mistake) I had a bad feeling that worsened at each level Arriving the building looked like it had been battered by hail, ac units were exposed, and a group of illegal construction workers were drinking in chairs next to the entrance. After checking in I walked down a hallway which was under construction. Opening my the door to my room a musky smell hit my face. The room felt unclean, later I lifted the covers and farty smell filled the room. I decided to sleep with my clothes on. The next morning I showered I chose not to use their dingy wash cloths and used the soap and shampoo from my kit. I then realized there were no freaking towels and used the hand towel and dingy was cloths to dry. I will never stay at an Americas Best Value again!!!!

hotel the staff was rude and rushing me because my card was off then told me to get out of line room was dirty tv didn’t work carpets ripped out of the hallway pool was dirty lock on door was broken and I had my kid the door to the outside was open with a rock

Sam thank you for the easy check in right off the freeway great place nice and quiet easy parking good area there are good restaurants around the area gas stations are really close no issues of stuff getting stolen out of my truck I asked for a window to see my vehicle in a certain room and I got it thank you again Sam I really great guy

Management is awesome and so helpful. We always have a clean room and towels. Just have to ask and it was done for us. Property is clean and easy to move around inside to the office and laundry also ice machine is so convenient. Over all wonderful property
