I stayed here for 3 nights in January. There were a few issues encountered. Check in - On booking, they had sent me a check in link but I totally forgot about it, and received no reminders to do so. On the day of check in, I received a message via Agoda to send my details, which I did and the hotel responded so I thought all was in order. It turns out they did not receive the attachments so I ended up standing outside the location with no way to enter. It was so hard to find a phone number to contact them. Access - The lift wasn’t working so you’ll have to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. There is no reception so anyone can enter the building if they have the code. On my first night, someone knocked on my door multiple times and I had no way to check because there was no chain lock and no peek hole. Definitely not recommended for solo travelers. I saw 2 cameras in the hallway and asked them to check the footage. It’s been 2 days and still no response. Cleanliness - The kettle was filthy with limescale and burnt stuff (rust?). Under the duvet, I found a bunch of hair. So though the place looked clean, I wasn’t confident it was. The good points are - responsive whatsapp, convenient location to Carmel market and train station, hot showers, and Netflix available. I’d recommend this if location is a priority.
