The elevator system takes a few minutes to get used too. Several rooms per floor so it's quite maze like. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. It's an old place and bit overpriced. Overall it's a basic budget spot with a good location. Worked in a pinch but there are better options around it for the same price.

if you have an option - please choose other hotel. from the moment that you get in till the moment that you move out it’s a huge disappointment. breakfast hall with a large food selection but no scrambled omelette or sunny side aggs !! very basic coffee . far from any Israeli rich breakfast. shame. later today we had a spa treatment . no one at the reception. no bathrobes. no showers . you need to change your clothes at the treatment room next to your bed!!! seriously ????athmosphere??? a happy club music which is definitely not a relax spa vibe and last - the therapists .. two nice ladies with less than basic spa experience.. 45 minutes of a big disappointment, definitely not what you expect from the Brown hotels .. do yourself a big favor and go to any other hotel in town

The best hotel in Tel Aviv! First of all, the team are such a lovely and welcoming people, the manager of the hotel, Avi, is so caring and always ask everyone if they need anything, how they feel.. he walks between the people in the breakfast and see if there's anything he can do to make each one satisfied. The room is lovely, very unique designed, amazing view to the city and the sea 😍 the location is great- next to a lovely park (hamesila) and walking distance from anything interesting in this city. There is a cool rooftop also with a swimming pool and mind blowing urban view from 14 floor. I just love this hotel so much, they make me feel like home ❤️ Highly recommend!

Right from the start the experience was not good. At the check in, the woman was unfriendly. The room we got smelled. The manager did give us an upgrade for free- the only bright point of the hotel. The maintenance of the room was poor to ok level.

We had a great time here but there are some things you should know before deciding if it's for you. It's in a converted office building, with a pretty grubby entrance on a fairly grubby little road off Rothschild Boulevard. The reception and restaurant have no natural daylight and if you're on floor L4 check if there is a party that night in the conference room because the rooms all run around the outside of that space. You should also know that the aesthetic is bohemian meets industrial. Yes, beautiful decor in the rooms but exposed (and very clean) 1980s concrete rafters. If you're OK with that, this is a great hotel. The rooms are beautiful if small and very comfortable. Great beds, toiletries, Nespresso machines etc. Even by Israeli standards, breakfast is huge and delicious and staff are very helpful. The rooftop pool is small but cool and the vibe is great. It became a club at night. Generally, like all Brown hotels, the staff are fantastic and the attention to detail is world-class. We had a great time but be prepared before you decide to stay here. There are less-edgy hotels by the same chain! Ps. Free parking in the basement was a massive help.

we stayed for two nights in the hotel. The hotel is well decorated. pool on the the top 14 floor.Not big But good foor cooling in the hot summer of August.Very good breakfast. free parking in the middle of Tel Avive !!! The staff were very nice and helpet us with everything. Rooms at the high floor has nice view . 4 lifts but not fasts ones .In the nigt the pool area is changed to a dance bar not bellong to the hotel. you have to invite place in advance. Also A chef restaurant on the 14 floor also recomended. The hotel is in the heart of Tel avive close to everything. I would defintly will come again. Limor and Igal Aviram
