The best waiter in this hotel and the all compliments go to Beytullah, very customer oriented, polite and funny. The table was always clean, wine glasses were full, super service, thanks a lot for such a high level service!!! We will definitely come back👍

Negris and Husein are wonderful coaches. I needed some medical treatment and they helped very professionally so I was able to feel like a newborn in the next days. Love them. They were kind to me and very vulnerable of the point of my injury so I really appreciate it.

Our vacation was perfect, hotell was very cozy, clean, nice…. and the stuff was amazing. Special thanks to stuff: so…… makes it muchNurgth, Yusuf, Nuri, Ahmed……Quest relation was also friendly and helpful. We highly recomend this hotell to our friends……

Always a good joice if you want to visit Kemer. Impressive classical hotel style, great staff, amazing nature. Lots off options to keep you busy at all times, water park, tennis court, diving, SPA etc. Concerts, shows and other performance everynight. Live music in a pub. All you can wish for in one place.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Everything was perfect. I would like to especially thank the staff at the tennis courts — it was amazing! Thank you all for everything! The delivery of fresh towels, drinks, and snacks exceeded our expectations.

Hotel was very good. Pool side de luxe rooms are the best, when you come with smaller kids. Waterpark for kids is very nice, there is heated pool and stuff is very friendly, food is tasty and drinks are good. We enjoyed our stay and we will come back again.

Beautiful hotel, we had a vacation in early May. During the day the hotel is quiet, there is no loud music. The territory of the hotel is very large, well maintained, clean. The staff is friendly, greetings. The food is varied, very tasty. I recommend the hotel for family vacation and relaxation.

The hotel iš located in a very lovely place in between the ocean and the mountains,much thank you mr Onur and Mr.Alper it was a very good hotel you recommended for tamilų and kids,the staff iš super the food was very.....very clean hotel we enjoyed every bit of it.

Servise was very good. For us it was very nice experience specially of tennis couches Nergis and Huseyin. Quality of courts is perfect. The stay in Gural Premier Tekirova was a great experience. We definitely come back. Also waiting for Padel courts!

The Hotel needs a cosmetic renovation. The food is ofen overcoocked, especially meat, some dishes are way to salty (for exsample soups) and some needs more taste. The omlete at breqkfast is perfect! The icecream, cocktails and orher drinks are tasty too. The Hotel is verry clean. All the shows were qualitative. The staff are super fantastic! They are nice and welcoming. Children here are loved, the staff always smiling to them. One employee espacially caught our eyes, he was amazing - friendly, funny, smart, his eloquence in english was something out of this world, he speaks in englosh verry well and his storys were verry interesting. This guy made our vacarion even more excellent. This name is Yusuf, he’s a tall waiter at the beach bar.

Hey everyone! Just wrapped up my 6th stay at the hotel (deluxe pool room - 28 building) and I’ve gotta say—things have changed since the whole 2020 pandemic deal. A lot of hotels took a hit, so don’t expect pre-2020 vibes when you’re booking vacays now. This year though? Super on-point cleaning, more staff around, and the coffee/beverages? Way better. Only downside? Not enough free beach lounges, but that’s ‘cause the place was totally packed. All in all, it was a solid stay! Already looking forward to coming back next year. Shoutout to Inna from guest relations—she’s a total gem and hooked me up with all the tips! And Saida at reception? The best. She walked me through all the new features and had my back whenever I needed anything. Oh, and for the record—I saw some comments about the staff not speaking English. Not my experience at all! Zero communication issues here. See yaaa guys!
