We enjoyed the holiday. The hotel is large and spacious, with well-maintained surroundings. There’s a lot of staff taking care of the environment, cleaning, and so on. At the beginning, we felt a lack of information — perhaps a guide who could show us around thoroughly and explain everything would have been helpful. However, within a few days, we figured everything out. I did miss having snack spots where I could get fruit or light snacks, although everything is available in the restaurant if you go there. I would come back again."

Gural Premier Terikova is a great expansive resort. Super super clean with some amazing pools and an incredible beach. The buffet is expansive with lots of options and the service is amazing. If not a bit weird sometimes. I’d like to recognise Kader in particular who served us regularly for breakfast. Always with a smile and helped beyond her role. The entertainment was pretty good. The water park was great fun for the kids! If there was any feedback I would say it would be helpful if more staff spoke English. It is Russian first in the whole which made some communication difficult. Regardless though very very good all inclusive resort excellent for families.

We had a lovely stay with our family. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pillows were the fluffiest we’ve ever felt, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great, and everything we needed was close by. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though English is not widely spoken – with a little patience, everything went perfectly. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again

The third time here. Is perfect everything! The food is good, rooms are perfect, service also. Lots of private pools, calm environment if you want. I would reccomend this hotel for every family. …………………….we surely will come back again and highly recommend

Very pleasant experience having vacation with a family. Food great, room great, entertainment super, delicious coctailais. Good entertainment for childrens. Best of our family vacations. It is a third time in this hotel and a plan to come back.

From the first day we really liked it here, wonderful surroundings and a phenomenal view of the mountain! Rooms very nicely prepared, service at the highest level. Restaurants delicious, and waiters who take care not to dehydrate!............

The hotel is really nice, pretty and clean, employer's are really sweet and there games and activities are interesting.My parents and we love this hotel this is our third time here and we always come here because it's not boring, it's fun. The shows are always surprising.

Best the place and pools, room quality is not the best, i would like to modern rooms, make them better but other things are very good!The food is excellent here, many different tastes. Lots of pools and cool entertainment……………….😉😉😉😉😉

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, beautiful architecture, and lush, well-maintained grounds. This resort is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and fun, ideal for both families and couples.

The location is super good the staff super friendly the weather was so perfect the rooms in the concept were so cool and good for family food is so nice variety to chose from we recommend to pack as the best bar attendee in this hotel. We will come again
