Hanna Boutique Hotel

We had a memorable 3 nights stay at this absolute gem of a hotel, hidden in a quiet spot away from all the hustle and bustle of the great metropolis of Tehran. The ambience of the hotel created by amazing architecture features, enhanced by the exquisite taste of the proprietors clearly shown in the quality of the furnishing and accentuated by an endless array of art pieces that are carefully placed in all parts of the property. Our room was simply to die for, and the attention to details is beyond any word can describe. The restaurant is out of this world, with the lovely understated , inviting decor, and the mouthwatering menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, not to mention the lovely friendly waiting staff. The Staff of the hotel couldn’t have done enough for us, all extremely pleasant, we had the privilege of dealing with the most charming young lady at reception ( Negin) who is in my opinion an asset to the hotel, with all her extensive knowledge ,kindness ,great personality and attention to details. There is a gorgeous shop attached to the hotel, offering some extraordinary artisanal creations, with very helpful staff ,it’s well worth a visit. And finally I must mention the lovely خرما 🐈‍⬛, who was always so eager to greet us going down to breakfast every morning.

An elegant and very modern city place, with lot of attention dedicated to every single detail. Excellent service, excellent local breakfast. Perfect place to stay in either for business or for pleasure. If I ever come back to Tehran, Hanna hotel would surely be my choice again

Best neighborhood , best people, best breakfast. A house where old and new meets in such a nice way. A street with vibrant atmosphere in the evening hours. Lot of nice places in walkable distance. Over all not a single thing to complain. We will meet again for sure.

I would like to share my memorable and comfortable stay at hanna boutique Hotel. To begin, the design is so charming that you can’t ignore it! Every thing just sings to you. The reception desk, the lobby, the color of the rooms and the bathroom are all chosen to give the sense of safety and refuge. The hotel staff are all extremely attentive and polite, who never miss a chance to greet you or take care of your stay. There are a flat screen television, a small fridge with some drinks and snack, a safe box as well as the Wi-Fi service. Adding an electric kettle would definitely complete the room. The bathroom was really clean. The breakfast was nothing less than great as their options for every taste! On the whole this hotel is comparable to some five-star hotels even way better than most of them.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I loved the convenient location and the delicious food. I recently stayed at Hanna Boutique Hotel in Tehran for the third time, and unfortunately, it was my worst experience yet. The hotel itself has a charming design, but the quality of service and the way guests are treated is unacceptable—especially for the price they charge. The rooms and toilets were smelly and unpleasant, which made the stay uncomfortable. Only one bottle of water was provided in the room, and when I requested more, they charged me extra. When I raised this issue with the reception, I was spoken to rudely and told, “Everywhere is like this.” Having stayed at many other hotels, I can confidently say this is not true. The worst part was during checkout when they charged me again for the room I had already paid for. I had to insist and show proof of payment before they acknowledged their mistake and refunded me, but not a single word of apology was offered. On a previous stay, I returned to the hotel late in the evening and was told they couldn’t provide fresh towels because it was “too late.” I had to dry myself with tissues, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. For a hotel that advertises itself as a “home for few days” this behavior is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Hanna Boutique Hotel. While the place looks nice, the poor service and lack of basic hospitality make it unworthy of its high prices. I stayed in: Noor, Ojagh, Kaman, Golkhaneh
