Not the ideal place for a stay. A little difficult to find the main door as it was located a semi construction site? Lobby was unappealing and from the get go you know something was off. 3 level building - was assigned to the 2nd storey. Exited the lift with the stench of cigarettes. Walked to the room, size was decent but the spatial design of the room was just wrong. Queen Bed was rotated the other way, making it shorter which left the legs hanging. Toilet was missing towels and a toilet roll. Decided to check out what else is on this tiny boutique, and came across the “convenient room” or rather, pantry, which again was a quite off. An open knife was found. Long story short, felt uneasy and unsafe, checked out immediately, moved to the next location, not even considering going through the hassle of a refund.

for the room have some smoking smell and the cleanliness is ok only not very good and some of the TV is not working very well

It’s the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life! Location was at a super ulu place, and out of the way. It’s totally not worth the money. Even towels was not provided too. The whole place look very worn down and *******.

When we checked in, the management at the counter asked us to pay the booking tax again even though it was reflected in the payment statement. The desk clerk couldn’t even explain to us as to why we needed to pay again. The room was much smaller than what was stated in the app and photos. There was a loud buzzing noise coming from above and the toilet had a sewage smell coming from it. The so called “King or Queen” size bed was tiny and the mattresses the used had springs that made you feel as if you were going to bounce of the bed as you laid down. In the end, we booked a much better hotel and checked out within an hour of stay at the Arden’s. I will never ever book a room there again and I strongly suggest not to even bother looking at what they have to offer.

I like the bath tub. Location is not convenient x toilet bowl is old.

Hotel is not maintained , dusty and old. At least keep it clean, for the price to pay not worth at all.
