Paradigm Residence by Antlerzone

Best part was the location and having 2 bedrooms in the apartment. On hindsight, should have gone for hyatt at the same building where lobby is accessible within the mall. For this residence, had a hard time even trying to check in. First of all, the auto reply welcome message told us to whatsapp the number 1-3 day before on check in. When i did, there was no reply all the way even thought the number was indeed under antlerzone. Had no idea if this was because check in was not ready until after 4pm on checkin day and no choice waited till then. But still no reply so tried to look around for alternative contact number and finally got reply from another of their whatsapp number and only begun check in process then. By then kids was tired and irritated and the instructions givennto access the lobby was not helpful for families not driving. Had to walk up the cars’ slope to reach. Advice on alternative lift and entrances were not helpful. Families with young children or elderly need to consider these.

Good and clean apartment and location is awesome. View is awesome at night. One of the Bed seems to have some bed bugs though and i have submitted a feedback for them to look into it. Hope they improve.

Great location, just above the Paradigm Mall. Easy access to Mall UG and L4. The residence is quite new and very clean. Nice swimming pool and gym. Piecewise, reasonable.

The room is very spacious and clean. Very conveniently location within the Paradigm mall. We would definitely return again.

The cleanliness could have been better. The place feels dusty. Aircon looks pretty new. Spacious enough for families. Very Convenient for mall shopping. Take note the checkout process for drivers is tricky. Cos the moment u drive out of the carpark , u ended up in the main road and can’t get back to the lobby for key return. Therefore I suggest drivers to drive into mall carpark first for key returning.

Location was very convenient, fully furnished apartments comes with 3 rooms. All comes with queen size bed. The apartment is not very clean but still liveable. Only down side is the smell of the apartment when we checked in. Due to the lack of ventilation, the room smells super back. Especially the master toilet and room. Strong toilet moldy smell. Advisable to bring your own disinfectant spray and air the apartment immediately after you check in.
