We loved this sweet, family-run Inn. Immaculately clean, well-appointed and conveniently located (easy walk to town). Bonus was the sparking hot tub with views of the mountains in the distance. A perfect place to stay when visiting the Fjordlands.

It was a pleasure to meet our very welcoming, friendly, & helpful hosts, Laura & Derek. Our suite was very comfortable, immaculately clean, & well equipped for our recent three night stay. The suites are situated in a quiet & private residential area, only a short walk from the township & lake waterfront. Every morning we enjoyed a super breakfast delivered direct to our suite. Laura & Derek's local knowledge really helped us get the most from our visit to this very special part of New Zealand. Thank you again for helping to make our stay an enjoyable & memorable experience..!

Very comfortable studio in a quiet location just a 10 minute walk from Te Anau. The room is spacious, very clean. The breakfast is copious and excellent, and can even be served, if you wish, by Derek, the owner, in his work clothes. Laura and Derek are very charming.

Brilliant spot, welcoming hosts, really comfortable room, bed was divine, shower brilliant and breakfast delicious with lots of options. Spa pool available. Very close to the local Club. Easy access to Milford Sound and easy drive through to the bottom of the South Island .

Wonderful care and attention to detail, the room was superbly well equipped and perfect in every way. Plenty of garden space to enjoy the weather and a very easy walk to the town centre and lake front. Laura made you feel so welcome. We didn’t want to leave!

Fabulous accommodation, very quiet residential area but only about a block to great restaurants. Breakfast served in your room, made to order. Bathroom with heated towel rack and HEATED FLOOR which was wonderful after a long hike in the rain. On the road to Milford Sound and the Fiordland National Park.

The accommodation was first class with lots of lovely extras. Laura and Derek were amazing hosts and couldn’t have done more to help. Breakfast was delivered to your studio and was delicious. The studios were well situated, only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Te Anau but out of the hustle and bustle. Would recommend anyone to stay there.

First Class accommodation in Te Anau. Very clean and comfortable, great amenities. Delicious breakfast. Extremely friendly and welcoming host & hostess. Definitely recommend. Ideally placed for the drive to Milford Sound which takes about 2 hours leisurely driving. It's certainly an exciting journey and the Fjord cruise is also definitely worth doing.

Wonderful stay. We were leary of the long drive to Milford sound so host, Laura lined up a great van service for us last minute that made the outing a joy! Great dinner recommendations as well. Fantastic hosts, delicious breakfast and lovely accommodations in Te Anau.

We really enjoyed staying here as part of our 40th anniversary holiday travelling around South Island. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Laura. Our accommodation was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was luxurious. There was the added bonus of a hot tub in the garden which we found very relaxing. Breakfast was brought to our door by Derek, at the time we chose, and this was delicious. The town is a very short walk away or you could drive as parking is easy. There are an abundance of restaurants and takeaways. We chose to stay in this area to visit Milford Sound and we were pleased with our choice. Thank you Laura and Derek, we would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Laura was so nice and welcoming. The room is very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast brought to your room at you request. The grounds are relaxing and beautiful. My only negative is that we only got to stay one night! lol Thank you Laura and Derek for making our stay wonderful.

Such a nice friendly place to stay.Apartment was well appointed, underfloor heating was fantastic especially in tiled bathroom. Breakfast was excellent.Laura was very helpful with local knowledge and advice about places to see and go.

Fantastic bed & breakfast. Comfortable bed and a very good breakfast. We had a Great Welcome and they gave us good advice about the optional in the neighbour. Without making too much photos the trip from Te Anau to Milford Sound is more than 2 Hours. The distance between the bed & breakfast and the town Centre of Te Anau is 500 meters.

Our hosts were attentive to all our needs and helpful in finding attractions to visit, especially Milford Sound, just a two hour drive. Parking was good and our studio room contained a microwave, fridge and kettle. Breakfast was served in our room and on a good day could be taken outside. We were invited to use the Outdoor Hot Tub. A very warm welcome home away from home.
