Hotel British House is a quiet, cozy spot, short walk from Rustaveli Avenue. It’s tucked away enough to feel peaceful but still close to everything. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a classic charm without trying too hard. But honestly, the best part is the staff—they’re genuinely warm and helpful, not in a forced way, just naturally friendly. If you need recommendations or anything sorted, they go out of their way to help. Definitely a place I’d stay again

Fantastic hotel in the center of Tbilisi! Great location, hospitable staff, cozy rooms and the Wi-Fi is very fast. Every breakfast was a genuine treat! We've stayed there for over a week and looking forward to return there next time we'll be visiting Georgia. Highly recommend!

My family stayed at the hotel in October 2024. The British house Hotel was an excellent choice for our trip. This is a friendly hotel away from the noisy streets. There are wonderful places for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the area - pleasant coffee shops and wine places. Supermarkets and shops with fruits and vegetables are nearby. The hotel also has breakfast. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and warm. The hotel has a pleasant interior, many decorative elements that reflect the long and rich history of this place. The windows looked out onto a quiet street, and there was a beautiful garden in the courtyard. The owner and staff are very helpful in all matters, ready to give recommendations at the request of the guests. We recommend this place!

British House Hotel in Tbilisi's historic Vera district is a delightful find, just 5-7 minutes from Rustaveli Metro, central avenue, and old town. Our spacious, clean room came with a lovely balcony, while the exceptional staff provided outstanding service. The hotel's peaceful location, comfortable accommodations, and reasonable prices make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Tbilisi. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a quiet, authentic stay!

Very impressed with staff and owners' hospitality. The hotel is very clean, and the service provided by the staff and owners is above and beyond. I normally stay at high-end five star hotels, and dislike sloppy, impersonal attitude that is so common at a lower level hotels. This boutique hotel, with truly Georgian ambiance is what I'd consider to be bed and breakfast. It delivered the highest service. I would compare the service and detailed attention of the staff to Lowell Hotel in NYC. The ambiance is very traditional Georgian. It is located quite convenient, and the building while old, is very well preserved and maintained. Overall, this is a perfect choice if you want to feel safe, secure, and well cared for with warm Georgian family style hospitality.

We stayed 5 nights in British House. Rooms are big, comfortabele and very clean, nicely decorated as the whole hotel is. We also had a small balcony and enjoyed sitting there at night. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. A special thanks to Irakli who helped us organising transport (train & private car) and accompanied us to Texel Park. British House is located in Vera, a nice & quiet residential area, only 15 minutes walk to Rustaveli Metro Station and the old town. Highly recommended!!
