Theory Hotel

Found the hotel by accident after eating in their restauarant. We decided to stay there for 5 nights, the price was very reasonable...we were joined later by family on our recomendation. The rooms are spacious & clean. The staff go out of their way to help and are very friendly...even though there is a slight language barrier. David from the front desk was very helpfull. We had an issue with the AC heating in the rooms as it was very cold outside , it was dealt with in time The location of the hotel was central within walking distance of attractions, restaurants and shops. Our stay was very enjoyable partly due the staff & service we recieved

Stayed 16 nights, Oct. 2024. Super location; beautiful balcony view: polite, friendly front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff; and the AC was needed and worked great. However, many important details were missing to be a "5 Star" hotel: tile floors neither swept nor cleaned daily; irregular restocking of amenities; the mattress was horrid, soggy with age; raggedy towels; no luggage rack (suitcase left on floor was inconvenient), the safe is down at floor level in a dark closet (hard to see, enter code); modest breakfast w/terrible coffee, even the "specialty" made to order coffee (at an extra charge) was bad; pretty restaurant chairs screech across the floor and seat cushions flattened from use (need fluffing). Hotel main entrance has stairs but it also has a "side" entrance to the front desk that has a smooth, sloping driveway for rolling luggage and easier accessibility. Two elevators service all floors including the restaurant (which is where breakfast is served). The elevator also services the rooftop terrace, but it is kept locked; if you wish to go out on the terrace, you need to go to the front desk and they will have security unlock it for you. As the hotel has one entrance (A. Diumi St) and its restaurant, a second entrance (A. Puskin), be careful about the address when using a taxi as drivers get confused; there is NO stopping at the A. Puskin (restaurant) entrance. You might consider Vertskhli St. & A. Diuma St as a good pick-up/drop-off spot because it's just a couple meters away from the main hotel entrance so it is much easier for drivers to find and get to.

Since it was my first time staying Tbilisi i had a lot of questions and stuff was really very helpful explaining me everything.Location is exellent! Right in the heart of the city. Hotel is clean and comfortable. At the reception they told me that there will also be a Terrace opening. Will definately come back again.

I am in this hotel right now and from tomorrow we are waiting they fix their air conditioning system It's really awful that their manager doesn't respond true and lie us easily by her staff Toooooo hot but no responsibility They gave us a fan instead of air conditioner like low motel

The experience at the hotel was charming from Day 1. David at the reception along with other team members like Mancho and Tako were brilliant and always ready to help. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. We had taken a suite room and the cleaners were always doing a good job. Food at the restaurant was also very good. Breakfast was a simple affair but the food was always fresh. The Chef made very fluffy eggs and the cottage cheese was amazing. But most of all all the baked goods we had were absolutely delicious especially the croissants which were exceptional. Staff at the restaurant were again highly pleasant. Manager Tazo along with other staff Saba Gvansta Mariam and Katya and others too please I forget the names.. they were very polite and always ready to assist. Very efficiently managed hotel. 5 stars. No less.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to shops, cafes, restaurants, close to the airport too. It is clean, tidy, modern. The staff were super friendly and helpful especially David, he was an absolute star! My brother had his wedding here and it was so beautiful. The executive suite was big and spacious, beds comfortable etc. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Tbilisi. The breakfast was good, not buffet so you have to order. My children enjoyed the croissants.
