1.同房續住，沒有給相同的房間。 2.餐廳吃飯，等了一個小時才做好，中途催了幾次，每次都説再等五分鐘。

房間總起來説還是很乾凈☺️但是什麼東西都沒有。連餐巾紙也沒有。基本沒有服務。那他們微波爐熱個東西和我説沒有這個服務。離老城因為有點遠。不會再住了

The Episode Hotel offers a very clean and well-maintained environment, which immediately stood out to me. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. While the breakfast could use some improvement, the staff made up for it with their wonderful hospitality and attentiveness. The hotel’s location is very convenient, being close to metro and bus stops, which made getting around the city a breeze. Occasionally, there was a faint smell of smoke, but it didn’t significantly impact the overall experience. Overall, the cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and amazing staff make this hotel a great choice for anyone visiting the area. I would stay here again!

Darkest hallway ever. Room was pretty small. No fridge, no coffee, or kettle in room. Offered city view, recieved no view, inside room with view of just bushes. No free coffee for convenience. Have to purchase. Shower head clogged. Hope it wasn't cleaned for while. At check in reception 2 young girls were so busy. Couldn't even look at us to help. Check out was easy. The receptionist was so helpful. She even went over to help us. Much appreciated, and forgot ask her name. Hope to see changes in next visit.

Episode Hotel! I’d say it’s a really good place to stay as the rooms are clean and have all the basics facilities. However, the staff should be more friendly and improve their English as well as their attitude! This time I will leave a 5 star as I was overall happy but not so happy with the staff!

Location, Location, Location! This hotel truly excels in its prime spot. Being right in front of a police station ensures a safe and quiet environment, perfect for relaxation. The proximity to small restaurants and the convenience of Carrefour next door is an added bonus. While the bustling city life is a short drive away, the hotel offers a serene retreat. Staff and Service The staff members were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their helpfulness and hospitality contributed significantly to the overall positive experience. Room and Facilities The room we stayed in was impressive with a stunning view. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, offering comfortable workspaces, a business center, and conference rooms. It's clear that the hotel caters to both leisure and business travelers. Dining The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, a delightful treat after a long day. However, the breakfast buffet left something to be desired with limited options. A Few Notes While the location and amenities were outstanding, the standard rooms felt a bit cramped, especially the lack of a wardrobe. We hope the hotel considers expanding the breakfast menu to cater to a wider range of tastes. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly service. With a few improvements to the rooms and breakfast, it could be an even more exceptional experience.

One of the best hotels in Georgia and not only. Everything is clean, modern and beautiful. The architecture, interior, atmosphere - brilliant. Location is great as well - the downtown of Tbilisi. The Atrium is also beautiful where you can smoke, watch the sky or drink tea or coffee.
