The hotel has a convenient location. The view from the room to the river is beautiful. Blackout curtains allow you to sleep for a long time in the morning. We were completely satisfied with the room. Great bathrobes and towels. Excellent breakfast! There are minor complaints about the ergonomics of the bathroom

My family of six stayed at this hotel for two days, and we had an amazing experience. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff for their hospitality and willingness to assist at any time, even late at night. They went above and beyond to help us arrange a late-night airport pickup for my parents, which I deeply appreciate. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view of the city and the river. Breakfast was delicious, the design was stylish, and the location was perfect for exploring Tbilisi. I would happily recommend this hotel to my friends for their trips to Tbilisi! Pros: Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, great breakfast, stylish design, convenient location, good value for money. Cons: —

The location and rooms are fantastic, we returned early from Gudauri to stay another night at Sandali Metekhi as the stay in Gudauri (at more than double the cost), couldn’t match our experience here. Breakfast is the best we had in Georgia, so much so that we wish they would serve lunch and dinner too. We were especially blown away by the incredible service - from the lovely and kind lady at the front desk to the super efficient and hospitable Anastasia at breakfast, everything was impeccable. These two ladies would make any hotel stay top notch. Highly recommend and look forward to returning again.

The hotel's location is very excellent, and the reception was more than wonderful, and the staff were friendly and ready to help at any time, specially Nino ☺️ and the rooms are clean and many things deserve to add. I highly recommend it. But I don’t know how to explain.

Comfortable clean rooms, amazing location in the historical center - very close to all nice places in Tbilisi. Our rooms had a breathtaking balcony view from the rock to the river and Naricala fortress, nice terrace in the 6th floor. Beds were comfortable, pillows could be better (ok but synthetic). Thanks a lot!

This hotel is amazing! From the breakfast selections to the magnificent river view from the room balcony. Everything was great. The bedsheets were one of the most softest and comfiest I’ve ever felt. I love that the hotel is at the more quieter part of Tbilisi. Waking distance to one of the stops for those red sightseeing bus tour if you’re interested. A huge shoutout to the lovely front desk lady name Nini who is such a joy from the first day we arrive to our last. She speaks fluent English and helped us in every way. Always greeting us with a smile and made sure our stay is comfortable. Thank you for making our Georgia trip an enjoyable one!
