Not clean, worn and stained linens, worn and stained towels. I had difficulty getting the shower to work. No restaurants close by. The closest convenient type store was nearly half mile away. How this place ever recieved a 3.5 rating is beyond me. The staff were all really nice and pleasant to deal with. Tazwell has limited accommodations available as the only other hotel in town didn't appear any better.

I had no problems with my online reservation. I see many negative reviews here, but for me the Lodging was functional - the bed was comfortable enough for me to sleep well, the AC and TV worked fine, and the cleanliness was okay. There were no burns or smells in my room. I realized after checking out that I had left something in the room, and when I called, they had it waiting for me at the front desk. If I have a complaint, it's that the toilet is so close to the wall that it was awkward to use.
