For one customer like me, i found the room is quite big and very comfortable. Easy to find restaurant if you want to hangout with friends. The problem is this hotel doesn’t have their own car park. Overall is good

Overall: A standout stay thanks to the combination of convenience, hospitality, and quality dining. Highly recommended for future visits.

Good location and within walking distance to Sabindo for seafood Good breakfast

This hotel located at strategic location at the middle of the city center . Easy to access and many neccesity shop available near the hotel

Overall experience for a 1 nigth stay, I give it a 6/10. Staff are friendly, location is strategic (In the middle of the city), breakfast is okay. Its just that the hotel is old, run down. Here’s a few reasons; 1. When we enter the room, we were greeted by the strong smell of Mold. They put some freshener on the aircond but still, the mold smell is strong. Even the chair is moldy 🥲 2. The aircond; Its moldy. It automatically turns off every few hours (tried to turn off the timer but some buttons on the aircond remote doesn’t work). Set the temp to 16c but it feels like 24c) 3. The front light near the door is not working. 4. The remote TV is also not working, cant even change the channel or adjust the volume. 5. The toilet hose is broken. 6. The toilet floor is very slippery, IDK if its because of the soap or oil.

The front office staff ensured the check in process went smoothly. The room was spotless and in town and near the supermarket and eateries. It was very convenient staying there. This place is highly recommended!

Somewhat disappointing. The facility is outdated and poorly maintained. Cleanliness clearly not a priority. Even with all the lights on, the room feels dark and dreary. The breakfast is uninspired and barely meets the most basic expectations. Would not recommend.

A bit old and need do some renovation but the location is strategic.
