I will try to give the best possible description for our 12 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is all about appearance. They don't really care if the guests are satisfied or not. My review is based on our "dysfunctional room." The first day we came (30th December) when we tried to make check in the people working on the reception couldn't find us in the system even though my husband showed Qr code from booking on his email. The person said "Are you sure you booked your stay in this hotel " ♀️ "of course we are sure we paid quite a lot of money and we had the payment with us on a paper " after a while they found our booking. Room on 11th floor with amazing view but after showering we noticed the water doesn't run off and many times it was a flood in the bathroom, like a real flood. I think we complained about that more than 5 times, and that was like the first 2,3 days. Someone came to check and "fixed it" but it was not fixed so we complained again and we were sooo polite that i was thinking if it was someone else probably it will make such a scene there that they will get hundreds of benefits to please the customers cause it was not our fault that the toilet was not functional and we didn't want to "destroy the whole room" cause of water flood. Once at the reception they told us that maybe we could change our room if the problem was not fixed, but they didn't change our room unfortunately. I even told them that i don't care if I'm going to sleep in the reception or in a nice room cause i just want to take a normal shower and wash my hair without stressing that after 2min it will be "room with own pool" in the shower! The door of the room blocked like 6,7 times, so technical support came to "fix it." Imagine at 11 o'clock in the night, and they are on the door so loudly. The funny thing was that every time we reported that, they were saying on spanish, " Oh the same problem as always with that room," but they didn't know i understood Spanish. So even people knew the room was not functional they were still offering it like ***. Don't let people stay in those kinds of rooms! The good thing was the animation team. Very professional and always trying to gather people for some activities. A lot of activities for kids and good mini disco & kids club. Here, i would definitely give 10/10. Different varieties of food but sometimes tasteless. Two times for breakfast, the cucumbers and tomatoes were not fresh. Good organization for New Years Eve! (Amazing 5 course dinner, very fancy and professional) Good snack bar and fresh food there! Ice cream and desserts every lunch and dinner! The hotel is located on the beach but waves on the beach and the red flag every day was not so nice to see so we were going to "puerto de mogan" very often with q shuttle bus provided by the hotel. We decided that we would not come back again to this hotel, and next time, we will read the bad reviews first!
