Lovely pub with fantastic views. Can recommend the burgers - they were great! Nicky the bar lady was absolutely wonderful and made our evening. She's a credit to the pub & the reason for the full 5 stars! Thanks again and we will see you very soon!

Came for the valentines menu - it did not disappoint!! Drinks by the fire before going to our table. Camembert to start with sourdough bread and extras like pickles, garlic and relish. Steak sharing platter for main with four generous portions of sauces, all amazing, salad and chips. Far too full for dessert but saw others come out that looked amazing. James and Liv on fire as usual! Hats off to Joel. Amazing evening. Will be back x

This pub is absolutely amazing. Food was delicious, couldn’t recommend more! Lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly. Great service, was not waiting long at all !!! I am definitely coming here again. Definitely bringing the rest of the family!

came to the windmill inn today for a sunday carvery and it was amazing. we had never been before and it was extremely busy, the staff were lovely. karly was the name of our server and she was very polite and explained everything really well. would definitely recommend and we will be back

Had a lovely time eating out with our little family and their grandma. We were served by Liv’ and Molly who were both attentive and really nice. I had the special, which was braised leek ravioli - it was really great so the chef clearly knows what they are doing. Go specials menu! Looking forward to going again.

Visiting the area again and after such a lovely experience whilst visiting on my last holiday I just HAD to return and boy it did not disappoint. To my absolute delight the amazing mother/daughter duo Nic & karly? (Forgive me if the names are wrong?) were on again providing lots of conversation and laughs. They were very busy with a party in the back room but no stone was left unturned when dealing with everyone’s needs. The steak was exceptional and would go as far as to say it’s probably the best I’ve ever had with the added bonus of it being half price when purchased alongside either a starter or dessert. Sticky toffee pudding didn’t disappoint either. Keep up the good work guys, will be back again in the future.

Carly was the best! Food was superb despite the kitchen being busy. Great location, a perfect place to have lunch at. I have been here a few times and I would ould definitely recommend for local patrons or people passing buy. Great stuff!!!!!

we was passing through and seen the pub and decided to stop in for some food, we received a lovely welcome of a young girl called karly who was very sweet and extremely helpful. we was then served by another young lady called nikki who was also extremely lovely who took our food order. they were both fantastic and we really enjoyed our time there. definitely recommend the chicken burger

i came here on thursday lunch time and was welcomed by karly and nikki, they were very helpful with choosing our meals. the pie i had was delicious and i will definitely be returning, we could see they was very busy but they always kept on top of making sure we was okay and had everything we needed
