Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to help us. It was a long tiring journey for us but everyone was very helpful and the premier inn was welcoming and clean. I particularly like the small diner, much more personal with food beautiful cooked and served.

This is a pretty standard Premier Inn. You know what you are getting. It could maybe do with a lift. But it gets an above average review because the staff were very good. Maria especially went above and beyond to be helpful and I want to acknowledge that. Thanks!

It's all about the staff! On a pre-Christmas stopover this trip to Premier Inn (always reliable) was made very special by the marvellous staff - shout out to Deb (Hotel Manager), Anita (Duty Manager) and Deanna (Housekeeper). They were very kind to someone with a desperate need for Diet Coke at odd hours and were a fabulous professional team, so welcoming and great fun. If they hadn't all been so dedicated to their jobs I'd have kidnapped them for a Christmas celebration......... My first ever tripadvisor review, that's how impressive they are! Big thankyou from me.

What an amazing stay I had with premier inn! Room very clean! Food great! Lovely lady on reception (Anita) and lady’s (Deb and Leanna) in the social were so helpful and friendly! Couldn’t ask for a better stay! Will be coming back for sure!!!!

Fantastic smiley welcome on arrival by Leticia, my room was spotless and the new look glass mugs were a very nice touch much better than the old white ones. The hotel has a lovely social room where I had the fish and chips in the evening however it is a small area it was just what you needed for a nights stay and the lady who checked me in was also the one who greeted me in the evening and made sure i had eveything I needed. Breakfast was also very nice eveything cooked fresh Deb was very welcoming and friendly too just what you expect in the morning after a great nights sleep. I will definitely be back and highly recommend thankyou to all.

Amazing time had. Went to visit family. A new amazing restaurant has just been built. So sophisticated even down to the crockery. Attention to detail and amazing service by Deb and Leeanna, the chef. Lovely staff, great restaurant. Lovely time had by all. Can’t wait to come back.
