We booked and paid for the apartment three months in advance. Since then, we haven't received a reply to any of our messages. We even naively thought something bad had happened to them. Until we started reading reviews from other guests. We realized that this is their shameful "modus operandi". They cancel long-stay reservations (less profitable for them ) the same day you have to enter in the apartment. They rent the apartment to short- stay hosts and they don't even have the minimum professionality or human values to let you know in advance. They just avoid your messages and treat you like you are not a human being who has paid a reservation, has a job and had to organize themselves with months in advance or taking a flight from another country. It's not all about money dear hosts, there is something called professionality, good business practice and human values. And you don't have any of them. Shame on you.

They cancelled our reservation made in 6 months advance (card was alresdy charged), one hour after check in time, when we asked how to check-in. We left abandoned 1000km from home, without place to stay in the highest season in dolomites. As other reviews from summer 2024 on other services -we were not only ones cheated like that.

Prima volta in Val di Non, luogo incantevole di una bellezza unica i suoi meleti, i laghi : Santa Giustina, Tovel, Tret, Smeraldo e i due laghi di Coredo una vera magia! I castelli il Santuario di San Romedio ed infine il Canyon di Rio Sasso, il Parco Fluviale di una bellezza unica! Il posto ideale per rilassarsi fare passeggiate anche con i nostri amici a quattro zampe con paesaggi suggestivi e gratificanti. Assolutamente consigliata! Adesso parlerò della location Orizzonti , per prima cosa ringrazio la Signora Lidia per la Sua cortesia e disponibilità nel consigliare itinerari e nel cercare di risolvere i tanti problemi che si sono verificati dal primo giorno nell'appartamento.... quando arriva l'ospite deve essere tutto perfetto onde evitare di rovinargli le vacanze! Non c'è assolutamente rapporto qualità prezzo! Pertanto 10 alla Signora 0 alla location!

Achtung Betrug!!! Die gebuchte Unterkunft wurde von Leonardo eine Stunde vor Check-in storniert. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt war er nicht mehr zu erreichen. Angeblich gab es einen Schaden in der Wohnung. Seine Mutter sollte uns eine alternative Unterkunft zeigen, welche sich als Bruchbude herausstellte. Auf Nachfrage nach Leonardo und der gebuchten Unterkunft wurde uns von der Mutter gesagt, dass die Unterkunft ausgebucht sei. Wir wurden also verarscht! Wir standen mit unseren Freunden und zwei Kleinkindern nach 6 Stunden Anreise plötzlich auf der Straße und mussten uns selbst nach einer Alternative schauen. Wir hatten nicht nur jede Menge Ärger, sondern auch einen Urlaubstag verloren. Die Masche zieht Leonardo wohl immer wieder ab und das ganz systematisch, siehe die Bewertungen bei Google! Leonardo ist ein Betrüger! Wir können nur ausdrücklich vor ihm und seiner Mutter warnen - bucht dort nicht!!!

Splendida struttura poco distante dalle maggiori attrazioni del luogo. La nostra camera era nuova è perfettamente in stile nordico moderno e molto confortevole; temperature gradevoli. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gestione delle entrate attraverso l'utilizzo di domotica a distanza. Parcheggio molto stretto e scomodo. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene; ciò che non ci è piaciuto affatto è la comunicazione con il proprietario poco trasparente nei costi e nell'assegnazione delle camere. Attenzione

Amo il Trentino è appena posso ci torno volentieri . Quest’anno ho fatto tappa presso gli Orizzonti della famiglia Torresani . Sono stato una settimana presso la loro struttura e ci sono stato d’incanto . La location è molto gradevole e molto pulita ed il giardino antistante è stato un paradiso per Leo , il mio Golden Retrivier. Sicuro tornerò in queste zone e tornerò dalla famiglia Torresani che ringrazio anche in questa occasione .

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Maddalene al piano terreno con piccolo giardino esterno ottimo per chi come noi ha un amico a quattro zampe. Arredamento nuovissimo e funzionale, camere ampie e massima tranquillità. Posizione strategica per raggiungere in breve tempo le località della bellissima Val di Non. Responsabili della struttura disponibilissi, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. Consigliatissimo.
