The staff here are friendly and very helpful. We had the best stay here.

Hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and helpfull. I like the location of the hotel, it is 5 min far from main road which makes hotel calm and good place to have a rest. Near the hotel (5-10 min walking) there are many fastfoods, restaurants and banks to exchange money. It is around 4,7 km far from intl airport.

We had a great stay at Atecca Suites, Tashkent. Although we arrived a bit early, we could immediately check in. There was a bit of confusion on payment but it was sorted and did not interfere with our stay, The hotel is quite close to Bus/Metro and had plenty of restaurants closeby. The front-desk staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi, however, was a bit spotty and could've been better. We would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and great quality service. Large room in contemporary style furniture. Warm and comfortable beddings. Great 24hr access to a Hot water and central heating is kudos to this hotel during this winter season. Hotel Personal is helpful and open for assistance at any time upon guest request. Cons: Circulating security guard in the main lobby with swinging car keys in his hands is unfortunate site seeing. Wishing bar could stay open past midnight. During my stay the hotel pool and spa center was not operating and closed. Overall best value hotel from 20 in the city

早餐很好，前台幫忙叫車很好，包了一輛車，二個小時跑了市內的獨立廣場，大清真寺，帖木爾廣場等三個主要景點方便且便宜，衹耍了120000索姆約72元人民幣。

設施：健全，套房房間很大。 衞生：非常乾淨。可以的話可以帶上吹風筒，酒店的吹風筒很吵。 服務：前台小姐姐非常Nice。 樓下的restaurant很好吃，但是小貴。 酒店附近有Somsa，好吃的Lagman。

房間很乾凈，設備很新，服務很温暖，賓館比較小巧，地理位置比較隱蔽，在衚衕裏，但出行很方便，3分鐘就步行到主要街道，前台服務員很漂亮，烏茲別克美女多，缺點是房間面積比攜程上寫的小三分之一，房間大小和價格和寫的不符，房價有點偏高，起碼房價高了30%，如果房價降3分之一，這個小賓館温馨完美

酒店服務比較差，房間服務也差，衞生間積水。且網上訂的房間，圖片和實際住的嚴重不符。 早餐一週下來基本沒有換過，每天都是一樣的，種類也少。 定的房間包一頓餐，但根本不是按人頭算的，如果兩個人不是一起吃的話，算兩次，單獨收費。 體驗不好！以後不會再來。

Very good hotel that was really clean, in what felt like a very safe area. The room was also very clean and large with a very comfortable bed, good shower etc. The location was good within 10-15 minutes walk of metro stations and near some decent restaurants and it was only a short and cheap taxi ride to the main attractions if you didn’t want to use the metro. The hotel restaurant and bar were also very good - we ate there on our 1st night and food and drinks were very good quality and the service and staff were also very good. The staff on reception were also very friendly and helpful, and several spoke English so there were no communication issues. The hotel is also next door to a bank/atm and a few minutes walk from a good Ucell phone store that we used (staff there were very friendly and helpful) as the queues for phone sims was very long at the airport. This means that if you use the hotel’s airport arrival transfer service you can skip the queues (and higher sim prices) and get your sim and cash once you're at the hotel. Although we arrived too early for check in they also let us store our bags safely so that we could start exploring the city. Very good value stay and we would definitely use again and recommend.

Stayed here twice on our recent tour of Kazakhstan & Uzbekistan - great hotel, lovely rooms & good location. Very friendly & helpful staff (though to be fair everyone we met in the various hotels has been similar). Very clean, well furnished, quiet & good beds, bathrooms etc. Excellent breakfast & the room windows open wide for fresh air!

This is a good, new hotel, about 15 min on foot from undergroud station Oybek. Airport is about 20 min by taxi. There are many good restaurants nearby. Large, clean rooms. Good and tasty breakfast. Good service at restaurant. But the reception service is the weakest. They tried to add vat and tourist taxes to the price set in the guaranteed reservation. There was text "taxes and fees included". We spend 40 min at the reception... At 8pm... After arrival from Samarkand. They tried to explain it. Error in IT system etc explanation. The longest check in our career... But finally the problem was resolved. We talked with manager, everything was explained etc. Good impression. And finally, after check out next day early morning the reception staff asked us about small tea spoon which the maid can't find it at the room!!! Really??? This is 4*hotel??? Good impression was over. It was our second stay at Tashkent. During the first stay, at another boutique hotel, we have not experienced this type of problems.
