Ho prenotato due stanze con vista mare e balcone. Ho ricevuto invece una sola stanza con balcone mentre l’altra era munita solo di finestra. Inoltre non funzionavano i condizionatori nelle stanze mentre fuori a Giugno vi erano 34 gradi. Ho fatto presente la cosa in B&B ma mi è stato risposto che le stanze erano finite e che il condizionatore lo avrebbero controllato l’indomani! Io quindi non ho avuto le stanze che avevo prenotato mesi prima e non ho avuto neanche il servizio che ho acquistato ovvero stanze con condizionatore e senza le caratteristiche pagate e prenotate. A causa di questo non abbiamo dormito tutta la notte e siamo stati costretti a tenere le finestre aperte le quali davano sulla strada con rumore continuo di automobile e cantare di gabbiani. Inoltre faccio presente che io ho contattato Booking durante il soggiorno ma non ho ricevuto né aiuto né risposta. Una struttura può essere la più bella del mondo ma se poi è gestita malamente e il cliente è trattato come sono stato trattato io per me ha solo un voto negativo. Distinti saluti

L'ambiente è accogliente e familiare, ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. Sono incredibilmente ospitali e ti trattano con molta simpatia. Avevamo la camera con vista mare, veramente mozzafiato. La loro disponibilità nel soddisfare le tue esigenze è stata davvero apprezzata. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Struttura del B&B situata nella zona antica di Taranto, fronte mare e a due passi dal Castello Aragonese. La stazione Ferroviaria dista pochi minuti a piedi, ma comodissime sono anche le fermate degli autobus per muoversi un po’ ovunque. Lo staff Baja delle Sirene è super accogliente, pronto a darti consigli su cosa visitare, escursioni o quale ristorante scegliere. Buona e varia la colazione. Ottima pulizia delle stanze e dei locali in comune!!!
