Hotel is close to airport. They provide free shuttle to Taoyuan Airport. Convenient for us to catch our early morning flight. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Surrounding are quiet, and can have good sleep.

Expect the hotel to provide disposal toothbrush, toothpaste, and shaver. Overall, it was a very good experience and will definitely stay in again.

Bathroom cleanliness needs to improve, location is not that convenient but got airport shuttle bus in the morning

Convenient as overnight stay to catch early morning flight. Free shuttle service to airport. Sound proofing is fine between rooms but not towards corridors, you can hear if people speak loudly. Still acceptable as room is spacious, bed not near to corridor.

Nice environment and not too fat from taoyuan airport. Shuttle bus provided to airport. Convenient to travellers.

Big comfortable rooms, great location if you need to get to the airport the next day but doesn't work if you want to do anything else.

I had an overnight transit in Taoyuan before heading to Japan the next morning. So I decided to stay here because the room rate is quite affordable, it’s pretty new because I think it is still renovating. The location is reachable by taxi around 15-20 minutes. The plus point is that they offer free Airport shuttle bus in the morning! I picked the 05:50 time and it went smoothly! You have to reserve for the shuttle bus the day before. The room was pretty big as you can see from the pictures. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, unless you pick the breakfast package. Toiletries/amenities were not provided except for shower bath & shampoo. The rests you can buy, yess you have to buy for the shower cap, shaver, etc. Overall, I recommend this hotel for overnight transit in Taoyuan

There’s construction in lobby and on the same floor as I stay in for maintenance many rooms’ doors as it’s dusty otherwise it’s ok.

Beds are very nice and easy to sleep, The hotel is outside the city so it's nice and quiet but that also means Uber is hard to get they do have free airport transfers and there was a taxi waiting outside that we were able to use I would definitely stay again The only thing to mention make sure to prebook your airport transfer as it's a big risk if you can book a Uber or taxi here if not planned only complaint is the windows are not clear it's such a nice view of the ocean and windmills but the windows need to be replaced it looks like they are remodeling now so hopefully they have that planned

Very near to airport. There is convenient store nearby ard 5min walk.

Nice hotel to stay if you are catching an early flight. Room is big and comfortable. Although hotel said they provide transfer service to and from the airport but the timing is limited. I need to take a taxi that cost NT350 to the airport as their timing doesn’t suit my schedule.

Paid 800 TWD for a 3rd person for a pair of paper slippers, one big and one small towels.
